Verified reviewVery poor customer service. I placed order on 30 July and money was debited from my account on 31 July. When I placed the order, it said delivery would take up to 5 days. When I telephoned on 9 August to chase, I was told the order may have been lost. I finally received my order on 14 August. Looking at the Delivery Note which is all in French, I suspect it may have come from France or a French speaking country. Will not order from this company again. Boots do something similar so I'll go there in future
