  Very poor customer service. I placed order on 30 July and money was debited from my account on 31 July. When I placed the order, it said delivery would take up to 5 days. When I telephoned on 9 August to chase, I was told the order may have been lost. I finally received my order on 14 August. Looking at the Delivery Note which is all in French, I suspect it may have come from France or a French speaking country. Will not order from this company again. Boots do something similar so I'll go there in future

  I was informed that my order was dispatched on 20th December and I heard nothing until Evri contacted me to say my order was in their hub. It was finally delivered on 2nd January. I would rate that as bad.

  I did not receive an email confirming my order. However on checking my credit card account I found a payment for the amount spent had been charged by Auriseo Cahore France, no mention of Audilo. I then received this request for a review on Monday but still no message from Audilo. I then received an email from Evri about delivery of a parcel from B2C Europe yet another mystery. I have now received the parcel from Evri, no complaint with their service. I won’t be ordering from you again and will not recommend your firm

  I have not received the product after more than 2 weeks of placing the order. I have to ring the office for any update and yesterday I was told that she will contact the carrier and then let me know.   Looking over the site and placing my order, making payment no problems. Smooth and efficient. Advised then it would be delivered in just a fewdays. It took 10 days to receive the goods by courier. But for this long delay you could have had five stars. Suggest when your receive orders from with the UK, please advise your customers that they will be sent from France.

  Worst batteries I've ever used. I've been using 675 batteries from 4 years. Audilo is the worst brand i ever used. 1 pair Last only 20 hours. NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Order placed on Sunday. The next day received e-mail saying it had been dispatched. Still hadn't arrived the following Monday a week later. Rang to check where it was and received some glib excuse about delivery delays. Then got an e-mail the following day to say it had just been received by the courier so clearly had not been dispatched as I had been told a week earlier. As of today after more than a week from my order I still don't have the item I ordered.
