I was informed that my order was dispatched on 20th December and I heard nothing until Evri contacted me to say my order was in their hub. It was finally delivered on 2nd January. I would rate that as bad.

I did not receive an email confirming my order. However on checking my credit card account I found a payment for the amount spent had been charged by Auriseo Cahore France, no mention of Audilo. I then received this request for a review on Monday but still no message from Audilo. I then received an email from Evri about delivery of a parcel from B2C Europe yet another mystery. I have now received the parcel from Evri, no complaint with their service. I won’t be ordering from you again and will not recommend your firm
