  The staff and delivery very good, however when I received notification of the postal tracking number for delivery (it was coming from France) I clicked on the tracking box number, A pop up notification claiming to be customs tried to get me to send the import duty (£2.99) ,this had a payment button to redirect you to a bogus page.DO NOT PRESS this button it is a SCAM to obtain your card details. I immediately contacted AUDILO.co.uk and informed them that this had occurred they of course said not to pay it. not sure if they can stop this happening I don't wish to run down the company but I feel there is a danger to other customers will be caught out if they are not aware

  Great product and good value for money. My only gripe was that I inderstood the shipment was being made from the UK, so I was surprised when I received a message from the Royal Mail telling me they were expecting a package from France!

  I called to ask for a replacement or refund as my ear defenders were in 2 parts.......broken. I was told someone would be back in touch with me..... 6 weeks later not heard a word...... £38.90 worth of ear defenders I am unable to use....... Don't waste your time or money with this company! I would give 0 stars if that was an option

  Not the best shopping experience. Added “express” delivery for extra £12 - but order arrived from France and took the same time as standard delivery as advertised on website. No way to track order from website so had to phone company - and was told I had to use a different code and login to shipper’s website to track. Clunky and Unsatisfactory.

  All excellent. But I had to buy an adaptor to fit into my wall point as the plug on the end of the cable did not fit. Once the adaptor was plugged into the wall telephone point the plug on the end of tge supplied cable fitted into the adaptor and the phone was up and in working order
