Verified reviewPlease dont waste your time.im chasing 2 seperate desperately needed orders from last month that havent arrived.they do not state that the orders come from france.zero communication by email or through contact us page. Several phone calls from me and im fobbed off saying my complaint has gone to head office..i want my money back!!..will never use again..parcels just sitting over a week at pick.up point apparently..no care by this company who need to obviously use a different courier company.shamefull to just allow parcels to be sat around with no emails either about expected delivery date..my disabled son is without ear defenders because i cant afford more....terrible!

Verified reviewSorry, cant rate the product, because i didn't receive it. 🙄 Item was ment to be free delivery. Got a card through door from parcel force, saying they had my parcel. To get it they wanted approx £97, custom charges. I called audilo costumer service. (Atrocious) They said they would find out what happened. Said they would call me back. No call. Got an email to say, nothing like that had happened before. 🤔 And I would either get my item or a refund. This was approx 2 weeks ago, so been waiting about a month altogether. Phoned twice since then. Every Time I give them Ref number, they can't find it. Have to explain the whole process again. I was rather rude when I first called. Yes, uncalled for, but I did apologise on second call (same person) 😁 Anyway I decided I wanted to cancel at the start, because of all the palava. I was told I couldn't. I've been really irate over this 🤬 Anyway, I do not recommend them. I would never use them again. I'm still waiting on answers. Glad I paid via PayPal. AUDILO, JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND. and have a lovely day. 🖕

Verified reviewOrdered headphones 28th October. Had to ask about tracking and eventually was sent a link to Evri which stated that they had not yet received package from abroad. Today (7th November) the link has exactly the same message. Have contacted Audilo but up to now have had no reply

Verified reviewOrdered the batteries 9days ago but I have not recieved them yet. I had not expected them to have to be imported from France. There may be good reasons for the delay, but that does not alter the fact that I still do not have the batteries.
