  ESET' s anti-virus application works wonders. After downloading, it discovered several threats which I didn't even know were threats. They appear to have a clean slate, and it even scans itself and visited websites for viruses as well. Quite possibly the best choice I've ever made with online content.

  I have had AVAST Security on my computer since I purchased it 5 years ago.It is the best security software I have ever had, I can't say I have ever had a problem!   I have tried both McAfee & Norton. While using both these antivirus programs, I had a virus disable first Norton & hijack my computer. Next, I installed McAfee & the same thing happened again. It was a pain to get the computer back up & running. I next installed Avast & after using it for approximately 4 years, I have not had 1 problem with a virus. This antivirus works.

  No a.v. software can guarantee it will catch everything but this one has done exactly that for the many years I've used it. Installation has always been a snap. Often more-than-once-daily updates are automatic, interface is easy to use, some handy extras, and it doesn't add unnecessary crap to my machine or slow things down. The only thing that would make it better is if they would sell it cheaper.

  Avast does an exceptional job of guarding against internet viruses and worms. A remarkable piece of software and it functions really well in the background requiring almost no attention.It does beep and flash a message window on the screen when it detects/prevents a bad thing from happening when you're on the Internet.

  I've used this program for a few years, it works really well - it lets me know if a site isn't safe and updates regularly. My computer runs perfectly, no malware, no virus so far!

  low maintenance with great security for my my family laptops. Once it is setup you do not have to fool with it. Updates are unobtrusive.

  Seems to work well. Fast scans on Kindle. Quick updates. Doesn't seem to slow the system down. Paid version has more capabilities will probably upgrade soon.

  I initially had the free and upgraded to the paid because It has save me so many times. It even removed a very nasty Trojan that was very hard to get rid of.

  since i changed to Avast!, to all my products, neverahad any problem my pc and all the rest works so wondeful,ced merof what ever problems clears up my virus.I recomomended to my friends at work...Avast! keep up the good job,proud customer.

  I have used the Avast security product since buying a new laptop in 2009 and have not had a single problem. that is a stark difference from other security software used in the past 10 years.

  Ive been using avast for a long time, somewhere near 10 years. Never had any issues. They take care of any threat before it gets to me. The price you pay is well below what its worth.
