  I've been using Avast for a very long time, I started out with the free version and used it for a few years, now I buy it. I love that is is constantly monitoring my computer. I really love that it has stopped me from going to some sites that could or did have viruses. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

  This product has performed well on our tablet. It has really impressed me with it's effective simplicity. Something this mother of 2 really appreciates. I especially like how it is an additional layer to re-verify any in-app purchases if I have forgotten to turn it back off before handing over to my child. I find it is great at stopping some of the ads the pop up surfing net and it also checks email for risk and content. Better than most of the pricey products I paid for and than hated.

  Great free app. The free version doesn't run checks automatically, but if you don't mind running a check manually once a week in under 2 minutes, this is a great antivirus app. It doesn't slow down my device at all and no annoying pop ups.

  By far the best of the Antivirus packages, whether on PC or mobile device. Small footprint, powerful detection, and quietly sits in the background until it catches something.   I ran Norton for several years, and was a loyal customer. I switched to Avast after reading reviews online, and checking the cost comparison.   I have been using avast for several years. It has a simple to use interface and finds everything that could compromise the stability of my machines without overloading the machine. It updates daily and announces through the speakers (has silent mode for gaming too) if anything suspicious is found. It reminds you when you should scan and does a thorough job. I would highly recommend this to anyone who searches the web often or is a gamer.

  This app got great reviews at Cnet. It caught VCL Plus Pro doing suspicious stuff. It also reported on another app that tried to connect to the internet when there was no need. I've only had a week's experience with ESET but it's been a great app.

  If you've been around computers for more than 30 years you don't need much support, but if all you do is Office applications for the most part then you need some help (and some protection) from old Java software runtime programs and other necessary but arcane ilk. Avast was installed on my laptop and it's supported by the guru company I always call on if anything goes wrong. They continue to support the laptop and Avast, and I upgraded from free Avast to paid.

  Avast is the best I've ever used. Other systems noticeably slow your computer down. I haven't seen that with Avast and I haven't been infected with Malware or any viruses since buying Avast.

  I would recommend Avast IS due to its reliability and price accessibility. I like the fact that with one license I can cover tow of my computers.

  I have had this security software since October, 2013, and find it is the best I have had so far. It is effective and does the job it says it will. I will continue to use avast! products.

  This software is very effective, uploads and updates quickly and often. It doesn't allow links or files with suspicious data to be downloaded without alerting you first. Definitely money well spent :0)

  This is a really good product. I highly recommend you try it, if you do I am sure you will feel as I do. I had other anti virus products on my Kindle and I removed them all..............

  I was looking for an anti-virus app for my Kindle Fire HD, but all I could find was apps that couldn't actually scan for & quarantine viruses...just spy ware, etc. This app does exactly what I wanted, it protects my Kindle HD...& bonus, it was free! It stays up to date on new threats & keeps my device safe. No complaints so far,...I mean great protection & free, who could complain about that?! : )

  App is free. but have to purchase license for updates, small money for security and well worth it.It monitors all apps for permissions, good because I didn't know what many of those apps can do, esp "free" apps.Auto scan feature for antivirus invaluable. Also auto update of antivirus software, choose your day of week and time of day, or do it manually. Good feature is Quick scan, Smart scan and Deep scan. I have mine set to default daily smart scan and weekly do a manual deep scan. More features than expected and works like a charm.

  I used a free version and purchased the Internet Security 2 years ago. It is a very good tool. The best about it: it finds viruses before they have a change to get downloaded. Some viruses are contained in web sites and download themselves without permission. Avast Internet Security has already prevented couple of attacks.
