  I received a $15 discount via Amazon which made the software more affordable. So far, no problems or snags. If using the VPN protection, you may run into a conflict. For my VPN, I was unable to sign in after the install using VPN protection. Therefore, I stopped that portion of the software.

  Defender is well respected in the pc community for making a great product. Installed easily. Doesn't slow down my pc in any noticeable way. Seems to do a great job protecting my pc. Great deal at the sale price I paid. 2 year subscription!!

  I had Webroot previously. This program seems to be more comprehensive. Gives me notification of suspicious background connections that I was not getting and/or notified with Webroot. The scanning log has already 2 documented potentially problematic sites in 2 days. Being protected for 2 years is a big plus.

  Easy install on pc and does a good job protection my devices pc, android, iPhone. This replaced my expired Kaspersky advance protection which was also good but didn't offer as much features as it only protected 1 pc. This protected up to 5 devices which is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend it and again very easy to install and does not bog down your processor.

  Bitdefender is a great product. I like the fact that after you install it they do not pressure you for your credit card or to force you to do a automatic renewal unless you really want to. I actually told several of my friends to switch to defender from Norton.

  I've used this product for a little over 2 months, and, so far, BITDEFENDER is FANTASTIC & worth every penny! Its so easy to install/use & status reports are very easy to understand. I had Webroot before this, but it wasnt as user-friendly as Bitdfender. I highly recommend Bitdefender!

  Would recommend 100%.Having used Norton over the last few years, this latest version with the additional Norton Utililities and 5 license is a good deal from here. The only let down is the rather 'project fear' endorsement which Norton tries to include. This is the ""Exclusive Norton Offer"" - Enroll in Auto Renewal Service-to tie you into a higher price on renewal. Sneaky to miy mind. You can circumvent this by signing up to it it, then go to your Norton Account a few days before expiry (say after 360 days) then cancel the renewal. Thus you will be able to renew her at discount.Anyway onto the install, its fairly painless:Go to:1. norton.com/setup (takes you to your account. If you haven't got one, set it up here)2. Enter the product key (inside RIGHT page and follow instuctions3. Click on Norton NS Downloader (from your top right of browser) and download4.   I never renew automatically online but purchase a new Norton license key each year. No need to download just enter the new key and all sorted for another year. This year's saving against automatic renewal - more than 50%. Its worth a few minutes research to get the best deal.

  Used this norton internet security for years and have it installed on a laptop running windows 10 ,an android phone and an android tablet. All you need to renew subscription is the key code(from wherever is cheapest). Wait until current subscription has almost run out,thenAssuming internet security is running and are signed in to your account: On the laptop:open internet security,click renew at bottom of window,click enter key code,enter key code,enter a/c password.   Better price than renewing directly with Norton though a few years ago price was similar. Disadvantage is that you'll loose any remaining subscription days using this for renewal compared to getting renewal directly from Norton. So, suggest you install this when you have only a few days subscription left rather than longer ahead of time. Note you only get a a subscription code, no disc with the programme. You download the programme from the internet (if you need it) though if you have a current Norton subscription then you just need to enter the subscription code to get the year's renewal. It installed and updated the subscription without any difficulty. This version comes with Norton Utilities which I had from a few years ago and the version number hasn't changed but I could install this on other (upto 5) PCs too. Norton Utilities works fine on my Win10 PC and I use it about once a month for general removal of clutter.

  I have used Norton for a number of years now and never ever had a problem. It was initially recommended by an IT expert who managed all the work systems for Government contracts. I have never experienced a problem and with the utility back up and repair tools it is an easy choice to make.The product covers 5 devices. That is the three laptops and two tablets all covered in one easy purchase. Amazon initially being a lot cheaper than the nearest rival price, and also the fact that it is delivered to your house, in comparison to fuel and parking charges incurred travelling into the city centre simply made this an easy choice.

  Having used many different anti virus programs in the past i can safely say that Norton is the best for me. Norton used to have a bad reputation for slowing down computers however as computers have gotten much faster in recent years this is no longer an issue. The interface is simple and easy to use. All in all i recommend Norton to anybody looking for a comprehensive internet security suite.

  I have always used and trusted Norton Security and this updated version is no different. This also came with Norton backup. I was reluctant to install this as I found that it had slowed my computer drastically as a previous version. However, they have improved this lots over the last couple of years and I am pleased to say that this version works very well.

  Great value, far better price than the shops or usual on line retailers. Have been using Norton security for years and find it to be the best anti virus and firewall. There were issues years ago with size of install and slowing computers down but those were cured and people still moan about the product for those issues, which always amazes me, as they clearly haven’t used the product since 2010. Buy cheaper solutions at your own risk, and don’t be too surprised when one day your machine gets ransomware. Spend a few quid more buying Norton and have some piece of mind

  Installs without issue.Has an issue with windows 8, 8.1 & Win 10 when using Solid State Drives. It sometimes doesn't work correctly after start up. This is irritating but easy to solve. Disable FastBoot - Google IT!I could knock it down a star but its such a minor issue and only affects people with an SSD

  I'm not really good at installing software, thought this was well worth the purchase like being e-mailed the product key rather than have to go out to the bricks a mortar shops on a cold winters day. Had no problem contacting Norton who technician were very helpful as I interchanged from one screen to the next and got lost. They uninstalled the old and reinstalled the new it was a process done via remote access check that you are talking with Norton you can contact them via your Norton account. Now some people product key may not work because they are simply using a different Norton product.

  It was time for me to renew my Norton subscription, and as I did last year I renewed it via Amazon rather than directly with Norton is cheaper. Very easily done. Place order with Amazon, get your activation code within minutes via email, openn your Norton program on your PC and enter the key. No need to download and reinstall. Easy. I have been using Norton Internet Security (or Norton Security as it’s now called) for 20 years and not once have I had any problem at all with it. Not once has it let anything dangerous into my PC. Some years ago it used to be very resoruce hungry, but over the past few years this really has improved, and now I notice no performance degregation with it at all. Very happy.

  Simple. Download to PC (took a couple of minutes). Activation code appeared on Google Chrome browser. I copied it immediately to MS Word and to an email. click on the EXE file add code. Now, I did have to re-start twice but really, it was all straightforward. Thank you Norton, I have used Norton since 2003 with no issues.

  How do you rate anti-virus software? Well if it works and you don't get any viruses and it doesn't slow your machine down it should get top marks.If either of those criteria are not met it should get no stars. This is my second year with Norton and they haven't let me down, hence the 5 stars.Oh, and customer service is okay when the odd unwanted pop-up appears from I don't know where.

  This product was purchased as an annual subscription renewal to an already installed version of the software. The renewal merely required the new licence code, supplied by email, to be entered into an on screen box when prompted by the software subscription renewal process. The renewal, via my Norton Account, was then quick and seamless, and the software has functioned as expected and required since.
