I installed this on 4 devices and after downloading it onto my main laptop it was very easy to do this. All are working fine. For those with Norton previously installed it is worth mentioning that this should be removed initially to enable a clean install of new product, and even more so if a different version is being downloaded.

Had no issues with this product, read some dodgy reviews but decided to purchase anyway. Good value product. I have been using Norton for years.Now that they have sorted out the previous problems with uninstallation, it's first class. Was easy for me to set up. Make sure you have uninstalled any existing antivirus software first.You have to register with Norton on the website. Have time put aside for it to load & scan your computer and close any work because you will need to restart your computer.NB save your security key as a PDF and copy/paste your code

Excellent value for money, easy to install, works very well. I have been using Norton (various versions) for over 20 years now and never had a virus infection.A word for the wise: NEVER renew your subscription when prompted by Norton (and disable the 'automatic renewal' box). Unless you only have one computer, it is much cheaper to buy a new version every year (Norton asks you for about £30 per computer. Just do the maths...).

Long Time Norton User Since 2004. I wouldn't use anything else for security and peace of mind whether it be on a tablet, phablet or laptop. The name change threw me as I have always used Norton 360. This is the same great product in all but name. The user interface is identical and all the same features are present. The best change to the premium software is that you now get 10 licences instead of 3. This means that I can protect my PC's, laptops, phones and tablets for the entire family on a single purchase. That is a huge saving for me and means I am now fully protected by what I consider to be the best security package available.

Very easy to install. Worth deinstalling any previous Norton software first for a clean install. The only issue I had was does it’s it being an annual subscription, initially the payment was being taken each month so had to inform Amazon who dealt with it quickly via their online chat.

I have no problems with the software, as I have used it for many years and this is just an easier way to continue doing so. Just be aware that, although your first payment is taken immediately, as I write this over a week later, I still haven't received my serial number in the post and hence can't install the software. In the interim, I have had to install an alternative. Why this should take over a week baffles me.

Great value for money, Amazon did their bit by sending the code straight away after purchase very impressed with that, the thing that was a slightly difficult was trying to get the downloader, for Norton, otherwise bringing little package very fast, and most importantly it does not slow the computer down after vigourous testing I would highly recommend this product.But I would highly recommend when your subscription ends to buy again through Amazon not through Norton, because the price is astronomical

Nortons gives robust protection and has kept my computers clear of viruses for a number of years. I have used free and other cheaper paid antivirus protection but they often only detect a problem after it has imbedded itself in your system and then in some cases can only quarantine it. When I have switched back to Nortons it actually detects and removed the virus permanently.

I’ve used Norton for years, my only grumble is if you already have an account with them and you buy this product you have to go through the setup process. It would be nice if you could just login and add the code to your account. If you try to in the account it sends you to a billing page to buy the product again. You used to be able to register the software by just entering the new code.

Always amazes me that it is cheaper to buy a new one each year than renew an existing subscription even with Norton offering online discount. I have used Norton since it came on a floppy disc,and have renewed by buying a pack of 10 licences for the last three years, and this is the fourth. In the past there have been problems removing the old Norton and replacing it with the latest version, but this year the process was very simple.Note that Norton charge £79.99 for automatic renewal, which they will drop to £39.99 if pushed. (So much for loyalty!!) Therefore it is excellent value.

I bought the emailed subscription code version, which arrives instantly, which is great, so from a purchase point of view - 5 stars.However, good luck trying to use the code, it took me half an hour, which is ridiculous. I changed from norton to Bit Defender in 2020 and what a bad move that was. So this year I have gone back to Norton and miraculously all the problems with my laptop connection etc have gone. Won't be changing again anytime soon but won't use auto renew either as too expensive

I was a Norton user between 2000 and 2002. Then simply give up because it started to charge a lot the systems, pushing performance all the way down. After being a McAfee user, a friend convince me to return to Norton, because (he told me) the software was light and functional.After some insistence, I decided to try it again... We were back in 2006, and since then I'm using Norton on all mine and my family's PCs and laptops. I do recommend Norton.

I have used Norton from day 1, It came installed on my first laptop in 2002 which was a Sony VAIO. Norton have kept my computers safe for 17 years. It is a non intrusive software programme which runs in the background and alerts you when necessary. Now i can spread the cost of Norton over a year with the monthly subscription. Good stuff.

As other buyers have commented, if you install this when you still have a previous subscription on your device, it does not add on the remaining days. But it was easy to install, just copy the product code from the Amazon email and paste it into the Norton account. Then follow the instructions for the download... does take a few minutes to start.

Not configured to work with windows in 10 s-mode, (smaller laptops/cloud books) accepts code but then enters into a circle of asking you to download app from Microsoft store that doesn’t exist. s-Mode restricts 3rd party apps, To remedy , take your operating system out of s-mode via settings on laptop. Norton quoted me over £50 for automatic renewal, its cheaper to buy again than let it automatically renew. Pays never to select automatic renew when setting up its a rip off. By mistake I had left ticked the auto renew on the Norton Website last year as the renewal price last year was just £31. This year it auto renewed while I was on holiday at a price of £76.94. I immediately logged on and cancelled the renewal and got a full refund ( allowed within the first 60 days) and just logged on to Amazon and bought the exact same package (10 devices) for only £24.99. Amazon quickly send the serial number so that you can just log back into your Norton account and enter the serial number and all is back up and running with 5 minutes at a £52 saving. I like the Norton security software but would not pay £77 to use it. The while package with the password/anti virus/firewall/identity protection and family protection (if you need to use it) is a very good package and the fact that you can protect 10 devices across all platforms is excellent. I even use the protection on my mothers (83 years old) laptop and it works a treat for her.All in all a good package and at these prices is worth getting for anybody with a housefull of gadgets that need protection.

I choose 'activation by post' so received a card with a serial key on. Very easy to setup although i was already using Norton Security so it was a matter of logging into my norton account and entering serial key.Although i don't have 10 devices to use Norton Security Premium on, it's great if i do get anymore, i imagine families will appreciate the 10 devices protection. I bought on Amazon when on offer for £16 which is much cheaper than Norton who wanted £79.99. A huge saving to be had. Works out at £1.60 per device for a years protection at the price i paid.I don't use the 25GB backup as have my own backup system and don't like storing my data in the cloud, neither do i use the parental controls, web browser protection as i have my own setup on router level.I use Norton Security Premium on my android devices, windows virtual machines, i have a mac but don't use norton on my mac. I have never had problems with the software on android or windows it just works although i do like to customise allot of the advanced setting for my own use, although it simply works for novice users without needing to customise anything. No battery drainage/performance issues on android either.Once upon a time i would never have recommended Norton as back in the day their products caused major problems for many of their users but over the past few years the software has matured and is something i would now recommend.I use av-test to check each year which antivirus & security programs are rated highly. av-test is an independent research institute for IT security based in Germany and a very valuable website in my opinion and recommend people check it out.Norton got top marks from av-test:Protection Score 6.0/6.0 (detected 100% of all samples of malware such as viruses, worms or Trojan horses)Performance Score 6.0/6.0Usability Score 6.0/6.0Great all round security for all your devices at a great price, simple installation, non intrusive unlike some other antivirus/security software that can overwhelm users with intrusive popups and asking to to confirm things that some users probably wouldn't know what to choose. Works quietly in the background without hogging system resources.Overall i highly recommend Norton Security (i purchased Norton Security Premium 10 devices 1 year protection), just keep an eye out on prices as they vary and change allot. It's a full security package for all of your devices and there are tons of features to many to mention. If you are looking for full security protection with plenty of features then i highly recommend Norton Security.

It's a no brainer to buy this from Amazon. If you get it direct from Norton you pay more, and it's a contract where you pay even more the next year!!As to the product - I have been protected by Norton for more years than I care to remember and it has always ""done what is says on the tin""

As usual come renewal time and Norton try to charge the earth, Amazon to the rescue with a really decent price!I've used Norton now for a number of years and it just works great in the background with a summary report popping up every month to tell you how its protected your system. It doesn't bog down your system and seems to take up very little memory (4.5mb at the time of writing this) review - there's plenty there to configure if you want to mess with the firewall etc.I bought the Norton Security Deluxe Utilities because at the time it was only £1 odd more than the standard version - can't say I've used the utilities side of things much but what I have was worth the small additional price.If you have found this review helpful, please let me know by hitting the “helpful” button! or if you have any questions then feel free to ask :)

One of the best on the market with an installation which would try the patience of a saint, especially if you are installing across devices. You will need to get on good terms with Norton customers services who are very good and helpful.

I have always used Norton since I first purchased my Laptop in 2008 and I've yet to have a real issue with my Laptop 9 years later.Once my order was completed, Amazon sent me an order confirmation email with a link to my software and downloads, from which I selected download and Norton was installed on my computer.Very easy to use and a product I trust above all others. Would definitely recommend for non-tech people like myself.

I use this every year aand find it excellent value for the protection that it offers. I put 4 stars for installation as I don't have the skills reqired , but rely on my dughter's partner. He has no trouble.
