  Always very please with Norton software and have used for at least the past 7 years. I always opt out of their auto renewal subscription when installing software. This gives me control on how much I would like to spend for the next renewal. I have in the past bought online or bought from well known retailers as quite often they will have price offers/discounts. By opting out, this also means I can decide when to install software too. Software always very easy and quick to install by typing in product key numbers. I had remaining 2 days left from previous year's subscription carried over onto new subscription.

  I already have Norton Premium and needed to renew.I purchased the ""activation by email"" version of this product for Windows 7. The ""activation by post"" is for Windows 8....Don't be an idiot like me and order the wrong version!!! So much cheaper than ordering from Symantec direct and also bizarrely cheaper than the lower spec ""de luxe"" versionThe advantage of email version is that the product activation code is immediate. I called Norton on 0207 616 5600 for help. Beware that Norton need to add any remaining subscription days to your account, otherwise you will lose them.Installation was very easy. No need to uninstall previous version. I went to my Norton account, pressed renew, and entered the product activation code.I like Norton and have used it for many years. The ""identity safe"" / password vault is very useful, and the Premium version does auto back up of files which is handy. I don't find it slows my system at all, which is a common complaint. Certainly warns about fraudulent websites.Recommend

  Replacement for old subscription so setting up easier with accountStill tries to get you to have automatic renewal, give you an extra few months but at stupid costAlso tried to sell other services such as vpn that is included in the 360 package but not this oneOnce up it wants to scan straight away before live update so allow to update firstUtilities setup was difficult as sky shield blocked it first off

  Whilst I agree totally regarding the unclear titles/descriptions of the various Norton Security options on amazon (& in any google search), this is a very common problem on amazon....ie, highly unlikely it's Symantec who have mis-described their own products. I've complained to amazon about this on several occasions, but often the wording appears to have been prepared/submitted by 3rd party sellers.As for this product.....I disagree that ""no-one has 10 devices"". I do. 4 Macs with both OSX & Win7 via bootcamp mobiles. Some for business, some personal, some belonging to family.....that's the point of the 10-device, multi-OS option. I got it on black Friday for £25....£2.50 a device. Even at full (amazon) price it's under £5 each device.Two years ago, I was buying a £50 win-only 5-device pack, and £50 EACH DEVICE for the Mac version, so this is a huge saving last year and this year for me, and potentially, for any Mac Win users.There are selectable options for 10, 5 & 1 device, so you just pick the one you need.I installed this on my iphone last year, but not sure if it's doing much....too many apps involved. I don't use the backup option which was with last year's version that I bought, I have no need for it as I have internal/usb/NAS backup drives in use constantly.Regarding the annual versions....this is (in my experience) irrelevant, as any new (& unused) licence will let you upgrade to whatever the latest current version is. Another important improvement in recent years.....and once again, installation's a breeze, and it works quietly, and is non-intrusive. Unlike the ""competitors"".

  I was debating or not whether to buy this product, having been quoted £65 by a competitor which I'd been with for 6 years. I read the reviews and noted some 5 star, but more concerning, some 1 star suggesting this was a scam, some saying they never received the code or that the code did not work.I thought for £12 it was worth a go. I received the code via email instantly. It included guidance on how to install too. I began installing but was met with a ""installation failed"" message. This was due to the old security software I had was not fully uninstalled. I tried for a while by myself to uninstall it completely but failed and was met repeatedly with the ""installation failed"" message. I feared those 1 star reviews were right.I gave the Norton helpline a call, expecting disappointment and to be charged further for either a clean up of my laptop or for them to uninstall the old software and install Norton. I got through to someone within 2 minutes. They accessed my laptop remotely. To begin with they were repeatedly met by the ""installation failed"" message. I thought the reviews stating this was a scam were going to be true and I would be told it was not genuine software or something alike. However, the helpful chap told me he would need 20 - 30 minutes and he would have it all sorted. And he did. The software was installed and the old software removed. And for no extra charge.Thoroughly pleased. Great service from Amazon, great service from Norton, and great product for a fraction of the price I'd paid previously.

  Once again I have renewed my Norton Security product via Amazon, rather than directly with Norton, as the Amazon product is so much cheaper. Purchased the digital download, got the product key by email, and rather then redownloading the product I simply opened up my exiting Norton Security product and entered the new product key. I found that initially it wasn’t accepted, but then realised that it was because I was using a VPN. So I turned the VPN off, and tired again. This time the product key was accepted and activated. I then turned the VPN back on and everything worked fine. I have been using Norton since I first stated using the internet back in 2000. Some people slate Norton products, and certainly back in 2000 it was a vary resource hungry product. Nowadays it is far far better and I really do not notice any proplems with resource hogging. Some say Norton is rubbish and doesn’t stop viruses. Absolute BS in my opinion! I have never had a virus or any other bad thing get past Norton.

  I have used Norton for some years now and still can not for the life of me figure out how every year Norton contact me with advice that my subscription is about to end and every year time and again I go to Amazon and find the exact same Norton Product cheaper than quoted by Norton themselves. So I still get the expert service that I have come to expect from Norton just a bit cheaper than buying it from Norton

  Excellent product and very helpful customer service - BUT BEWARE of a SCAM! when I went to set up I googled Norton setup and clicked on a link, entered the product code and a message came up stating code has already been redeemed and a number to call - which I did, however something did not feel right... I felt uneasy. they said a technician would call me back to help. I then googled Norton scam and checked feedback here - I still did not feel like this was legit and did not want to give any information over without knowing this was definitely Norton. I went onto the Norton homepage and started a live chat and wanted to confirm the telephone numbers I had been given and get a second opinion - IT WAS A SCAM - Norton were really helpful and my code was totally fine and not invalid like they stated. Just be really careful when you set up and if something does not seem right double check.

  Used Norton for a few years now and I must say it's gotten better and better. Very much 'install and go' now. Don't have to mess with it after initial setup. It just runs in the background and updates itself when required. 2020, Just bought again on prime day offer, so even better value. NB. Don't install this until a day or so before old one runs out, as you will lose any days/weeks left on your old subscription. When it says in bumf about not losing any days on early re-installation, it means if you auto renew throuh Norton (lots more expensive). Other than that, can't knock it. Oh and if you ever need to speak to customer services, BRILLIANT! Very helpful.

  I've always used Norton without any problems. This item seems legit, the software key has worked and all three of my registered devices say I have a year left on my subscription. However, a couple of days after installation my official account on the Norton website says there is an issue with the key and it's a trial version but no other helpful information. Slightly worrying. So I'm giving to give this five stars with the caveat that if my subscription runs out prematurely I'll be contacting Amazon with a warning that this is a scam.

  I've used Norton since viruses decided the best place to breed were computers. Anyway, for some reason, I felt the last version was getting in my way of blocking an application or two, and when renewal came up, I decided to cross the floor and try out another pesticide. I then took the plunge and decided to go for the 'K' (no names mentioned). What a mistake! The other AV's claim to run in the background, but one gets quite wary when things are running by stealth, as one may not be able to actually see exactly what these things are up to. Within 48 hours of installing the other AV, it bombed out may prized WD passport drive, as well as my treasured Sandisk SD card - all in one fell of swoop - when I allowed it to 'scan' these peripherals. It has corrupted both, resulting in my losing valuable data, reformatting each, etc. I've now come back to Norton, which together with the invaluable 'utility' facility, and a very neat dashboard, which one may access, and tweak as needed. Hence, my advice, don't bother to read all the sales stuff with the others - get this now!

  Simple to download, install and use.Purchased email code as Mcafee wanted £58 to upgrade!This being less than a tenner at the time was almost too good to be true, it wasn't.Simple code via email and a link to their website included, within 20 minutes we had Mcafee uninstalled and Norton up and running.Simple to use, doesn't slow down pc, would highly recommend.

  Word of warning about norton security.If you put auto renewal on your settings then norton will try and take something like £89 for the same security that you can buy from amazon for £17 so beware.And also norton will NOT price match anywhere,so shop about and you will find it like I did for about £17 for 10 devices for a year.Its an email,and all you do is copy and paste the new code and should be ok after that.security wise i would say it's great and probably one of the best price about.ive been with fsecure and got ripped off just like what these will do on auto renew.all in all its a good price and does what it should so snap it up at that price.

  I have used Norton security for my laptop, iPhones and iPads for many years after a previous computer security system let me down and my hard drive became infected by a virus. Since being with Norton I have enjoyed complete security and there have been further incidents. This latest security package from Norton confirms that my devices are protected as well as my WiFi connection and my internet. I have every confidence in Norton providing the protection I require. Thank you to Amazon for delivering it speedily and at a fair price.

  When my antivirus expires, I usually look for new offers from Norton as renewing the existing one always seems like the expensive option. This is a good one covering up to five devices which is ample for the laptop, tablet and phones in my household.It has been easy to use. The activation code was sent to my software library on Amazon instantly. It was then simply a matter of going back to the Norton website to download and activate the product using each device. The versions for the smaller devices are tailored to mobiles so that they don't use up to much memory space or power. On all devices it is doing an effective and unobtrusive job of scanning and performance monitoring.Simple, quick, secure and more environmentally friendly than ordering by post.

  I have used Norton for several years and not really had any significant problems. I have had cause to use the tech help recently when I thought I might have a problem which did not show up during a scan but it was a re-direction on MSN site.Tech support was easy to contact and checked out my PC there and then - took half an hour or so on chat but worthwhile peace of mind.Recommended

  I’d always been a Symantec user but moved to Kaspersky under a free deal with my bank. That stopped so bought this and am very happy. So easy to download and install and the tools to fix my computer seemed to have speeded things up. Works on both my pc and Mac.

  Always buy my security suite this way, much cheaper than a main retailer in from symantec direct, covers a laptop, desktop, two smartphones and a tablet with no issues with compatibility, auto updates daily if needed and there has not been any malware on any of my devices since using this brand

  Never had an issue with Norton - if you get the product key (e.g. from Amazon) - go to your Norton account on their website - click on the device and select re-install - when that's done (Installed) you'll have a trial license. So click on activate in the Norton app on the device you've just re-installed on - when the next page loads you may be asked to sign in, on the next page hit enter Code or Pin - enter your product code - doneAlthough it didn't seem to add the days I had left on my existing product to the new - i.e. only get 366 days regardless of how many days you had left.

  Used Norton for several years now and it performs consistently well, the latest version is still good. Simple to use and it has kept all the 'naughties' out of my computers. But I would always recommend buy yearly as this is always cheaper than taking out a subscription.

  I installed this on my Fathers old laptop and it works a treat, it replaced an older version of Norton Antivirus which was costing a small fortune to update each year (Norton should be ashamed for taking advantage of loyal customers with their automatic renewal pricing structure).The installation process was as straightforward as can be, it removed the old Antivirus and then added each part of this new version relatively quickly.The Norton Utilities have already had a positive effect on the speed of his old laptop too so he's very happy.

  Usual quality protection from Norton, unfortunately also accompanied by their appalling difficulty in assigning the licences. Ok if a clean install, but annoyingly user-hostile when updating a previous version of Norton. And watch out you don't install until your old license has expired, as they won't carry over any remaining days.

  I've been using Norton for years with no problems. I don't like the automatic renewal as it is always more expensive, so I cancel that and just buy a new one. Easy to add onto what you have and with 10 items covered it is enough for all the tablets, phones and laptops in the house with a couple left over. The left over ones are very useful when buying a new bit of kit, you can add the Norton before you end it on the old item.

  This security product is very comprehensive and provides class leading anti virus and firewall features. It is easy to install and automatically updates its definition files and performs scans as well without user intervention. It does not use too many system resources in comparison to some of its competitors and one can customize a lot of the settings if required.

  I am a repeat customer of this product and generally buy cheaper from Amazon or other retailer rather than Norton renewal. When I applied the code I had an existing subscription on the same product with 10 days remaining - which I lost (new subscription 366 days) but using Norton chat was able to get a representative to reinstate the10 days. I don't know if that would have been possible if the old subscription had not also been for Norton Security Standard.

  Can’t give wrong with Norton I’ve used it for years it’s been life saverMy only gripe is there are so many bogus Norton sites out there you can easily end up on a dodgy one as I did so be wary and make sure the Norton website you visit as the padlock symbol.

  This Norton product has been just as good as the product bought from Norton and consideratably cheaper. I cannot really mark the tech support as I have had no problems bu as it is a Norton product number I would foresee no difficulties. The only problem is that when you buy it every year itt is a different product number but with a saving of around £60-70 I am prepared to put up with that. Security is just as good as buying from Norton which is the most mportant requirement.

  Bought just to get the licence number for Norton Internet Security. Licence number entered in and 'Bingo' another years protection for my machines.I was unable to find a copy of N.I.S. just get the licence, but this worked anyway.I have used N.I.S. for many years and have yet to worry about an infection.Go ahead and buy it!

  repeat repeat repeat purchase do use other products on other systems but so far seems to have been perfect picks up those extra worrying items that others have missedworks on major platforms so 10 items good priceonly issue is time to set up on new license but saves nearly £44 so buy new license here as repeat on norton site becomes silly price on auto enrol

  Norton always gives sense of security but installation caused lot of problems. At each step the following screen did not match what was supposed to happen. Took two or three hours before finally getting online chat to resolve issues but staff atNorton then helpful. Have not had this trouble in previous years.

  I know that some computer magazines favour Kaspersky security, but I have always used Norton and in my opinion this is just as good if not better. This version contains not only excellent internet security but also utilities which help to keep your computer in first class condition. I always buy Norton from Amazon because it is much cheaper than renewing via a Norton download..

  Bought this for the activation code rather than the download itself.I've used Norton for many years now and always found it cheaper to purchase a new code rather than renewing my subscription which is always expensive with Norton.I'm not using it for another three months, but at £15-98 for fifteen months, it proved irresistible to buy it just now to keep until my current subscription expires.

  This years 10 device pack is excellent value. In the past I've had the 5 device packs. The only fault with Norton is that you need to let your current subscription run down to the last day or two before installing. They point out that you will lose any remaining subscription when you install, but this is at best an oversight or at worst a rip off. At least the uninstall problems of yester year are no longer prevalent. This is by far the best in my opinion as Symantec have been around since the beginning and are consistently high on reviews and in real world detection.

  Installed on relatives laptop using the installation code no issues working perfectly. Installed via the links within the previous norton product. No need to give your bank details during set up follow instructions very carefully. Once you have entered the code click off the the page which is requesting automatic renewal with bank details. You will see that the product has been installed successfully. N.b. There is a norton youtube step by step guide on how to install pre-paid 1 year antivirus product using the installation key. Watch this before you attempt to install.

  Fed up with auto=renewals for software and this is one prime example. Make sure you do not have auto renew on your symantec account when you download this or you will pay full price on renewal.

  Great product i personally love Norton there the best on the market never had a virus or any slow downs on any device iv'e used with it installed it on.its just as easy to uninstall it does not mess up your computer in anyway if anything amazon delivered once again for £16.79 in the Lightning Deals what a baragin this was even at normal price of £21.99 its still a bargain.Whats even sweeter is its now available on amazon prime now. He then wanted to charge me £600 to fix the problem, I put the phone down on him and contacted Norten by phone. - IT WAS A SCAM - Norton were really helpful and my code was totally fine and not invalid like they stated. Just be really careful when you set up and if something does not seem right double check. Very scary indeed.

  It's cheaper to renew your subscription by purchasing a product key from here rather than renewing directly with Norton. Very pleased that this product gives you an extra 3 months subscription service. Do make sure to renew on the last day of your subscription instead because they do not add on the remaining days you have left on your current subscription!   I've tried other Antivirus software packages and have been disappointed with them. When Norton put its prices up last year, I thought I would save money by purchasing a rival product. However, that product let in malware and would not delete the item, how hard I tried. I removed that and reinstalled Norton and got rid of it immediately. I'm going to stick to Norton and this product is great. Not much change in the way it works from the version last year. I firmly believe that it will protect my PC and my on line security much better than others. Works in both PC and Mac as well as phones.

  Our normal subscription ran out and was going to cost 24.99 from Norton or almost 50 if we allowed auto renewal. This pack arriced and we ignored the instruxtions about going to a website or downloading.   Symantec are a world renowned company with a good reputation and this product allows me to keep 5 devices (including smartphones) safe on the internet.For the price, I think it's good value and when it comes up on a 'Deal' it's even better!I had a bit of trouble registering this on their website but contacted their online support and he did it for me immediately - brilliant.The program runs quietly in the background and prompts me to run scans periodically. It's also notified me 4 times over the last year about threats it's caught which is very reassuring.My only negative experience is that it's default is to automatically renew every year and I had to go into the settings and change that. I find their emailed offers to renew each year is more expensive than some of the offers available from other sellers, so I tend to buy a package when a deal is advertised and activate it when I'm due to renew.

However, I find the renew subscription a complete rip off and a friend years ago said you save money by buying it new each year, And you know, he was right.   NEVER sign up for autorenewal via Norton. It will costs you £££ more than just buying this ""new"" pack. If you have had to sign up for autorenewal to get it going, just log on to your account and cancel it. It will still work. I like Norton - have used it for years and this latest version is excellent. I have several multiboot computers and laptops in our family so this 10 licence version is just what I need, and Amazon offers it at a good price.

  I am extremely happy with this! I had a virus on my desktop that stopped my Windows bbackin up, updating and the constant pop ups that made me want to haul it outside and beat ot to death! Thankfully, before that could happen, i managed to install this and it went straight to Norton Power Eraser. The name had me slightly concerned. ... thinking that it was possibly going to wipe out 99% of my system. ... but also thinking, can't get worse than it already is... amd pressed Start. Low and behold, faster system, got rid of some atrocious buggy viruses and it took about 36 hours to update half a million programs. Also have this on phone, tablet and other various devices that the kids use. Fab. Thanks Norton.. just grateful that they've managed to slim down the Mb it takes to install.   I really like Norton as it is not resource-intensive and it also lets you configure advanced settings manually. I can see some reviews saying that the code did not work etc, mine worked fine within 30 seconds of purchasing it:1) If you have the software already installed, go to help -> enter product key and activate.   I always buy Norton and this Premium one is an updated version of the 360 one I last bought. It has what I wanted, which is a back-up with a large capacity storage space, even though I use a portable hard drive for the back-ups. It gives a monthly cyber report, it warns you of unsafe sites and is easily downloaded and installed with the product key on the Norton, Set-up website. Great price on Amazon. I have had a 30 day free trial with this one and been satisfied. It gives you the option to install it on other PC's, just by putting a friend's/relation's email address in, it sends them a link to install it on their PC, then asks if that is the PC it is to be installed on, no need for them to re-enter the product key. It then tells you how many devices it is installed on so you can keep a check on it.

  Good antivirus - worked well and straightforward to install, updated from N360 so it had to uninstall 360 and load Security Deluxe - but it did it all by itself, I just had to sit and click install etc. Even carried over the remaining protection - first time it has done this - still had to ensure Auto Renewal was unchecked before proceeding - took around 20 mins from start to finish.

  My previous licence expired and Norton offered a bargain renewal only slightly more than this cost but only on a rolling renewal and a commitment to a second year at significantly more so I was pleased to find this.   Having used this for years, I was getting a big frustrated with the interface, but this has now improved. Nice to have a free VPN and also covered dark web hack lists check to see if your details aren’t on.I always look for the 10 Computer version as it gives good value for money.   Always bought a new separate licence once the old one expired as Norton try to over charge you. Loaded this up after logging onto my account and it was simple and easy with no fuse. Then updated it on my apple devusrc and daughters laptop. At this price vs Curry’s who before Christmas at £69 as was Norton. Great deal, I am sure they are trying to over charge uk citizens.   I have long used Norton and so far it has not let me down. However, it does not have the friendliest interface and installation on multiple PCs can be troublesome, although one gets it done in the end. It is a shame that the on-line renewal terms offered to existing loyal customers are so unfavorable, forcing customers to buy new from Amazon to get a reasonable price but complicating the installation process. This unfriendly treatment of loyal customers makes it difficult to feel warmly towards the company.

  No problems with speed of delivery but installing was another matter. I have used the same Norton for years but this time I struggled to activate my key number. Then by accident discovered the easiest way. If you already have Norton open it up and go to the help. Down bottom right is the option to activate the key. From then on easy as long as you have your password and even then re setting was simple. So I am good for another year and will buy again.

  It's renewal time again and this year when my current antivirus expired, I was lured away from Norton with a free offer from a rival brand. However the free subscription only covered three devices and when I tried to activate it on my laptop I found it wasn't compatible with my operating system. After using it on our more up to date tablet and android phones, it was time to look for single device cover just for the laptop for which I headed back to Norton without hesitation.This is good value for just one device. The information is clear about which operating systems it works with so I bought it with confidence. The activation code was sent to my software library on Amazon instantly.   I have been using Norton's security for years and have always found it to be great at what it does and with the 10 devices option I have enough cover to protect all my electronics including the kids computers,tablets and phones. All for a very small cost per installation. What's not to like?I have just renewed my subscription without any problems by typing in my new key in the 'enter product key' box and signing in to my account for the product to update. Very easy to do, once purchased, I just signed into my Norton account, clicked on the device I was accessing the internet from and entered the new product key code (where it says enter a different key) and clicked next. Prior to using Norton Premium Security, i used Norton 360(which had similar features-now discontinued and replaced by Norton Premium Security.) The excellent, comprehensive and advanced protection it provides, combating against cyber crime, giving that secure peace of mind when e.g., surfing the internet, banking and purchasing online, especially in this day and age.   The product itself is really good and l have a lot of confidence in Norton. Unfortunately, l had huge problems installing it because l had turned off the Áutomatic Renewal on the Norton website because they charge 89 euros for this while this is turned on. Someone had changed it back on after l turned it off and l was charged the 89 euros automatically. To cut a very long story short, l finally found their Chat and after a very long time he sorted it out and arranged a reimbursement to my bank and talked me through how to enter the product key in order to install it. Whilst the Automatic Renewal is turned on it will not let you enter the product key and therefore you cannot install this product. When my next renewal is due l will first check that it is switched to 'no automatic renewal' before l buy this product again from Amazon!!

  Used Norton for years now and always buy from Amazon as the cost from Symantic themselves is extortionate! Can usually get it for £25 and less when it's on offer while Symantic's renewal price is £70! Comes as a code in a card and easy to log in and enter for another years protection. Particularly like this products password vault which auto fills log in details when i visit a web page. With everything online nowadays, I can't possibly remember them all and you're not supposed to write them down either. This makes it much easier although some websites won't allow the auto fill, at least your logins are saved in the vault to view yourself. Recommend the product but remember to turn off auto renew!

  would never use a freebie, I think Norton have always been tops, this edition was supper value 10 licenses for about 26 sobs, if you go to Norton direct they will easily charge you the same price for one licence.Found it a bit of a struggle to work out the downloads, but eventually got the hang of it, like most companies online they always assume we can think the way the developer does, even for me who considers myself quite competent with PCS I find it at times hard to fathom out the logic behind how one moves through the download procedure.I think it nice that Norton now offer a tracking facility as part of the deal for Iphones and Ipads, something I had not anticipated.

  I've used Norton's for years, but don't go for the automatic renewal as there are offers on every year which work out much cheaper. 5 copies for under £20 and simple to install from the web. Works on Apple kit as well as Windows, so with 5 pcs and laptops in the household and numerous copying between them all, it makes sure that not only are all protected individually, but no infections are brought into the family network either.

  Bought this to protect the family computer as well as grandparents and siblings, great value when you split the cost and I am sure when my kids are older and need protection the annual garage will make sense.I made the mistake of creating a norton account first and then trying to redeem the code - it can be done - but what a faff! They should make it as simple as Xbox does and just allow you to enter a license key from the trial app but it doesn’t let you do that and tries to force you to buy direct from norton which was the same price as here so on this occasion would have been ok. Anyway persevere and you can add the code to an existing account and then you are away. The central administration of licenses and the user interface for protection is great. Make sure you enable remote admin for those devices where that is necessary after installing the app!

I use to have Norton 360 Premium and paid £94.00 yearly subscription but cancelled it because I could not afford it.Buying this product was a no brainer. £8.99 was an instant purchase and I could not be happier—thanks Amazon.The only minor problem was connecting to Nortons servers to download the software, it was pretty fiddly and slow. But it is installed and working well for the 10th of the price of a normal subscription.

  Around 10 years back I moved away from Norton antivirus products because around that time their products became really resource heavy and kind of useless (at least that's what I think). I have been using Avast for many years and was happy using free version of Avast. Recently I installed Norton antivirus, paid version but I got it free from a friend. I admit NOrton has since improved a lot. This software now does not use as many resources and good antivirus protection.

  My Norton internet security expired so i brought this as a renewal product. I am impressed with the new software from Norton and the new look and feel of the application. I've never had any issues with norton and this product is as good as all the others ive used from norton. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good internet security application. The VPN is also very good for secure browsing.

  This is about the 17th year in a row that I have used NAV. It is an excellent product, great back-up if needed and I can put my three devices on with no problems at all. Highly recommend Norton, one of the best AV companies around. This year it came with a free Utilities program which I have already. It updates everything and keeps my computer running sweet.

  Norton is great been using their products for years. The negative reviews are about people not reading or paying attention. It clearly states the auto renewal information process in the description. It clearly states what systems are compatible in the description. It clearly states that it is a download in the description. Jeez people take responsibility for not paying attention

  Purchased Avast in December. Hated it. Bought Norton and they helped me install it. So far, all is working well. It has a “Password Manager” feature that Avast doesn’t have.
