  Have been using this product for about 4 years now. Very happy with it so far, doesn't slow my computer down, quick scans, very easy to install. When it's time for renewal, I wait about 1 day before, order on Amazon (about $10 less than directly through Webroot). Once I have the new key code, I update my account, which takes about 90 seconds. Have had no infections or malware in years. Customer service / tech support is always top notch as well. Highly recommended!

  I had Norton for years but decided to drop them when they went to auto renew only. Somehow ""easy track packager"" got loaded on my computer which Norton allowed and I could not get off. Webroot removed it on its initial scan.

  I like Webroot better than any other antivirus program I've tried on recent versions of Windows because it has less system overhead than the other guys. My computer felt sluggish with the competitors, but works great under Webroot. So far, it's caught all the threats that have come my way, and the reviews are sufficiently convincing that I feel good about it. Highly recommended.

  Good product. Renewal process can be a pain because the Webroot sales staff pushes really hard for a commission check (my opinion) Was told if I buy a new program from Webroot off of Amazon for $20.99 rather than give them $29.99 (with salesman's ""special"" discount off of asking price of $39.99) I would have difficulties because Webroot systems would discard all of my old history needed to provide better protection. When in fact, buying the new product from Amazon was seamless and the Webroot system integrated it as if it was invisible. Nice job!.

  I will never venture from Webroot. It doesn't interfere with my daily tasks or slow the computer. It is will stop me in a dead beat minute too if I go to a site that is unsafe or a risk of any kind. It will not let me download something that will hurt my baby so if you want a great anti-virus - get Webroot.

  so i got serious attack on my computer and i quickly bought this Antivirus and it clean up all by virus except 3 very nasty virus that took over all my browsers and were redirecting them so i called Webroot support and the remote into my system to clean it up. I recommend webroot to everyone and i was surprised they did not charge extra for removing those 3 nasty virus.I got my laptop back again without any issues.

  This is my second time using this product and purchasing from Amazon. Has kept my computer out of harm so far, works with windows 10, and downloads easily. And at this price best deal I have found. I am guessing that the folks having problems with the download and saying it doesn't work are not taking the code and pasting it in to the correct area on my account and than clicking up activate. Easy to get the code from my Amazon software area, you get an email from Amazon helping you navigate to the correct spot.

But because I bought the 2020 version from Amazon as a download, the old software doesn't seem to realize I've updated it. So I'm plagued daily by onscreen warnings that it's expired and I need to update ..... very silly and annoying. But awesome protection.

  For some reason I couldn't just plug in the keycode Amazon gave me into the Webroot I had installed or into Webroot's site. WR's site said something about it being a different kind of keycode and they would create a new console for me? I don't know, I just uninstalled Webroot altogether from my Windows 7 PC and then used the download link from Amazon's email ""access your digital content"" and then copied the keycode from the email when I installed it. And now it's working.Webroot always wants to sell such pricey versions from their site, Google ads claim webroot for ten bucks on WR's site but it's a lie :( I could probably switch to another antivirus but I am used to this one. At least here or at Walmart you can get one year for 20 dollars.

  I have windows 7 on my PC and with Microsoft security, my computer was locking up. WEBROOT was a steal for $20.99 and I haven't had any issues since. I tried to download TOTAL AV but my credit card company nixed the purchase because the software was from a questionable country.

  Reordered this for the second year for my 3 home computers - 2 desktops and a laptop. Worked like a charm! Easy to download, fast and had no hitches whatsoever. You must uninstall your prior year's Webroot, though, before loading the new one. This saved me lots of money from the auto renewal that Webroot sends. I plan to do it again next year and forever if it continues to be so great!

  I have used Webroot for the past 5 years, and touch wood, I never had a problem with my computers. it is easy to install and generally not as invasive as other malware protection software on the market. The only thing is, when it comes time to renew, it is cheaper to buy a new software than simply accepting the renewal reminder.

  Webroot is an excellent anti-virus and is not a system hog. Updates are automatic and you set a scan to work when you want it to. Need more information you can check PC Magazine. This is the only anti-virus I have used in the last few years. I see no reason not to keep using it.

  I've used Webroot for the last three years. A reliable product that does what it says. After uninstalling the previous 2020 version the 2020 download went flawlessly. It caught a malware problem on its initial scan and deleted it before uninstalling and then checked again to make sure there were no other problems. The install easily went through without any problems.

  I had no troubles with the download. This installed easily and quickly. The Scans of my machine took about 6 hours with Bitdefender. This program does it in 13 minutes. And with this price, it was an amazing purchase. In theory I can buy it again next year new instead of renewing at a higher price - which would be a real blessing.

  This is my fifth year with webroot and haven't had a si gle issue with it. I normally buy it from the developer website but I realized that amazon was selling the same key for a lot less.   I am a repeat Webroot customer. Because of a recommendation made by a close friend who is also a computer guru, I have been using webroot for the past four years and absolutely love it! It is a very light anti-virus software that is cloud based so it does not slow down my system or take up much storage.Bought a new computer and did not even consider another anti-virus application. I also appreciate the price of the application. It is cheaper to buy it here on Amazon than directly from the company.I will be back next year!

  I did some research and Web Root came up as one of the better Virus Protectors. It was very easy to download and use. Scans regularly and sends a report.

  I used to use eset antivirus, but it was a bit pricey so I switched to webroot. Wish I had done this sooner. It is cheaper and works better. It was super easy to install and I hardly know it's there, yet no virus/malware problems.

  I've tried many other virus protection applications and I like Webroot the best. Since it cloud based, it loads really quickly and gives me the protection i need (i.e. a firewall, virus, password and malware protection). It's also very easy to setup. There are not a lot of config settings to deal with.

  excellent product but you must be aware that when you renew....go to account gear and enter new code manually or old program persists in vivid red....once you have entered new code the familiar green appears and program is operational..it took my family 3 weeks to figure out that convoluted input
