  I also read the reviews and felt that this was an ok deal. And it was, thanks. I only needed the anti-virus protection for only one device and this was used to renew my yearly subscription, but I went through my already account set-up with McAfee and uploaded the new code and it worked as it was intended to, no issues.

  I agree with Don in PA. Folks having issues loading or installing are doing something wrong. Follow the very simple instructions and you'll have zero issues. I put no thought into it and the program did everything. Took like 2 minutes. Great deal for the money.

  I was a little hesitant to give this a try after reading so many negative reviews, but I'm glad that I did. It was very easy to install and works very well. Even the fact that I already had a recently expired McAfee subscription on my computer already wasn't an issue: the old McAfee files were easily removed during installation and my old subscription was automatically extended. Definitely a great buy!

  I tried to make my case to freeze this new subscription since I still have like 40 days remaining on my old subscription. I was thinking the days would stack. It took like 25 minutes to resolve my problem by adding more days on my new subscription instead. Basically I got nothing will lose once I actually use the new subs after the old one expires.

  I was reading some of the reviews and people are not understanding on how to use this code. You have to go to McAfee's website and redeem the code first. Then after that it will install for you. I wouldn't think McAfee would steal peoples money. I have been a long time Fan of McAfee. This is no BS software company. I have used and see Norton it is to busy and thinks everything is bad. At this price it is easy to keep it up to date every year.

  I had used Norton for years and decided to dump them when they switched to their monthly service fee approach (which is outrageously expensive on an annual basis). McAfee is way more reasonably priced and seems to be as good or better than Norton. It regularly scans the browser for malware and deletes tracking cookies. Big improvement!

  Seems to work well now, but time will tell. Be careful when you put in the code because that is when you may get a message that there is something wrong and you are to call a number provided to get help. The number is actually a scam. I found this out the hard way but figured it out before they did any damage. Anyway, if that happens, shut down your computer then start over.

  I had the 1-year free antivirus deal from Bank of America, and as the expiration date was getting closer, the program was bugging me to renew my licence for @34.99! I saw this on Amazon and was a little worried that it might not work (mostly because of the very low price and the warning that ""this item is not returnable and not refundable."", so any way I took the risk and it worked! That's all i needed.

  I have come back several years for my McAfee Antivirus software security. I use my computer just for basic things and not often, and this keep it safe. The price is right and I downloaded it minutes after purchase. !!! Be sure to set up and use your McAfee account ONLY, however, for downloading. One year I searched for a download site and was directed to a SPAM site which wanted to take control of my computer. Always use McAfee

  I have three different computers using this version of McAfee over the last 4 years and everyone has never had a incident where a virus or something has happened that made my computer function differently.   I was worried this wouldn't work cause of terrible reviews but McAfee is a great company, and the process was very easy just add the product key in and it downloaded in literally 5 minutes. Get this awesome deal! I saved at least 70 bucks this year on antivirus!
