prices are good, but generally not worth the hassle: delivery takes forever (up to two months, to Amsterdam), delivery times and stock info are totally made up, most of the answers you get (if any) from customer service are automatically generated non-related absurdities. Always check sizing info on the manufacturers site - if you pick a size based upon BikeInn's info and they turn out to be wrong, they expect you to pay for returning the item..

I've used BikeInn on a number of occasions but this time there was a problem that I don't feel has been satisfactorily resolved. I was sent the wrong item (ie something different to what I had ordered). I raised this with BikeInn. After several days they confirmed that the item could be returned at their cost (no problem). However, I still needed the correct item to be supplied. They told me that I'd have to re-ordet (again, not a problem). However, this process means I'd pay postage twice (once for the order I placed, and a second time to get the item I actually wanted). I asked if BikeInn would be prepared to waive the delivery cost since this error was of its making but it refused to do so. In essence, I have had to pay more because of BikeInn's error I will think twice about using BikeInn again.

Hadn’t used bike Inn before so was slightly dubious but had to use them as they were the only suppliers of the part I needed. I checked them out on other review sites and they seem to based across Europe which, following the Brexit catastrophe, made me a bit concerned. The order had a tracking facility which gave a bit of reassurance. The package arrived intact but was a day late. I would use BikeInn again.

Great price on a Fox helmet, BUT I felt duped at paying for a 48hour Royal Mail delivery when it was being shipped from Spain, via Netherlands then to the UK, so the item arrived late and missed my sons birthday. Only 3 stars for this, the ‘help’ was useless and the tracking was poor. So, perfect item, well priced, but order 10 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

I have already done a review but had a request to complete this. I received my braces a day earlier than expected and they seem good but haven't been used yet. I will be wearing them pretty much solidly for the next week sailing in the North Sea so they will be out through their paces and I expect them to do the job.. Reasonable price compared with others I've bought previously. Can't fault anything so far.
