Ordered a Catseye light set. Half the price of the cheapest UK deal. From start to finish the whole process was straightforward and I was kept well informed. Tracking from Spain to the UK was well documented with each stage of the parcel’s journey showing on the website. Delivery in the UK was delayed by a day as I live in quite a rural area and Royal Mai can be slow. Having said that, the delivery was as quick as ordering from UK companies. All import/customs duties were included in the price. I can certainly recommend buying from’bikeinn.com’.

I bought a Giro Agilis helmet from bikeinn because UK sellers had no stock and inflated prices...double in some cases! I had my reservations about buying from outside the UK, but those ideas couldn't have been further from the actual service. It did take longer to arrive, but at a much reduced price and comprehensive updates regarding delivery progress. Which was earlier than the predicted date. I would definitely recommend and will use again. Great brands, well worth a slight wait.

Communication was good, and the product is excellent quality. However, the website could make it clear to UK users that orders are being shipped from abroad, as this is of course going to affect the delivery time. The product page is indicating 1 or 2 days for delivery and customers might miss the fact that the delivery time then changes once the product is in the basket. No complaints about Bikeinn. The aspect that is causing me trauma is that cycle colthing in general (Cube fingerless gloves in this case) are three sizes smaller than their rated size.I ordered XXL, but cube thinks that means I have medium sized fingers. I suspect something is lost in translation when manufacturing is outsourced to countries whose population is statistically different in stature.

Awful. Been waiting for my shoes for two weeks. Order said it had shipped. Delivery date then went back another two weeks. I had to contact them to find out the shoes weren’t even in stocks. Appalling service. Don’t use this company.

Rest assured, our customers' experience is very important to us, which is why we have verified your case and identified the issue. We offer a wide variety of products, many of them are in stock in our logistics center for immediate shipment and others appear with a longer delivery date, which means they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products, you are given an expected delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics center (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the shipping company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock outages, duplicate orders and real-time working with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed. In this case and unfortunately, we can only transmit to our clients the delivery times indicated by our suppliers. Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait longer for a product. On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order ships with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice. We have taken your comments into account and have sent them to the corresponding department in order to continually improve and take measures to also improve the quality of our services.
