This is a scam page! Do not buy anything from them! They never delivered my package, and refuse to pay me back until the package had been delivered, but they never delivered it and refuse to deal with it. And they make it impossible to contact them, they randomly just write to you in Spanish or erases your chat so you have to start again.

Childrens bike for 5-6 year olds but it has no footbreak. The description was unclear about it and had I known I would not have ordered the bike. The threads on the screw to attach the front splash guard and the front reflector were damaged so I had to go to a hardware store and buy one. Worst of all was the assembly manual. Good price, cheap postage, quality product, continental GP5000 TR, The tyres were shipped quickly from Girona and were at the Hague, 1500kms away the following day, they then spent around 4 or 5 days somewhere in North London!! I was tempted by the good prices to buy a pair of Specialised bike tyres which arrived in about 10 days after my order. Upon fitting the tyres one was found to be faulty with a side wall bulge. After some backwards and forwards I was refunded the cost of one tyre. I asked to return the other tyre having lost faith in the brand. Eventually this was agreed, however the return postage cost was nearly as much as the purchase price. I am now £50 out of pocket. Moral of the story, buy your spares at your local bike shop.

My issue was that it was a birthday present for my son that was visiting on the day of the expected delivery. Sent me wrong item and refused to accept it was their mistake. Expected me to pay £11 to return it to Spain to get a refund. Will never buy from them again .
