Ordered express when everything was in stock. After the order it was suddenly not in stock. Tries reaching out to bikeinn to get them to credit the amount of express shipping. But they won't answer the phone and no decent reply on mail or in whatsapp. This ione of the worst customer services i have ever recieved and i will never buy anything from tradeinn ever again.

Rest assured, our customers' experience is very important to us, which is why we have verified your case and identified the issue. We offer a wide variety of products, many of them are in stock in our logistics center for immediate shipment and others appear with a longer delivery date, which means they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products, you are given an expected delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics center (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the shipping company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock outages, duplicate orders and real-time working with stock, some items are shown in stock but may be out of stock or delivery may be delayed. . In this case and unfortunately, we can only transmit to our clients the delivery times indicated by our suppliers. Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait longer for a product. On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order ships with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice. We have taken your comments into account and have sent them to the corresponding department in order to continually improve and take measures to also improve the quality of our services. I was concerned that, despite apparently paying an extra fee for delivery, it took several days to arrive. Only later did I discover that it had come from Spain, hence the delay and the unexpected requirement to have to sign for delivery, which could have been inconvenient if I had not been at home as there was no prior warning of this. Had I actually known this company was not in the UK I would not have purchased from them. I had been attracted by the price, a mistake I will learn from.

I was given the details of the product and website by the person repairing my ebike. He said that I can get the parts cheaper and faster than he can. In two weeks of using this wonderful helmet, I did not find any defects or any malfunctions, the helmet fit perfectly, and I also liked the fact that the tape itself was installed so that the helmet did not roll around the box during use. So it says it’s a UK website but it’s not based in the UK. Delivery wasn’t bad but I returned my item and it took weeks to get a refund despite my item being returned quickly. I contacted them to be told they were only working on returns delivered 3 days ahead of mine. Eventually got a refund, but this is not a UK based website despite looking so.

Whilst this item is well made the wicker domed top didn't fit correctly, instead of the lid fitting flush to the top of the basket there was a gap of about 12mm between the lid & the basket at the leading edge so the lid didn't close flush to the basket. Upon receipt of the basket I had to re set the locking mechanism on the front of the basket to enable full closure of the top to the basket, Attention to detail, check the product to ensure you are sending out a quality item not an inferior one as in this case. I know the basket was not a lot of money but quality is just as important for cheaper items as it is for the more expensive ones. I suggest you pay more attention to the quality of your items before forwarding to your customers.

Jersey (Castellli) was a good fit (went up 1 size). Delivery tracking was a little slow to record and jersey arrived 1 day after predicted window. If it wasn’t for this I would have awarded 5 stars.
