    The price was one of the lowest - which is a good incentive. Delivery from Spain to the UK was not that quick but acceptable. I was a little taken aback by the packaging which seemed wasteful and over the top - the cardboard box was huge and filled with lots of plastic bubble wrap which environmentally was not admirable. The parts look genuine so that's good.

    Easy to find a part for my rear shock. Not available in the UK for over 60 days and also 3x the price compared to Bikeinn. Got the part in less than 14 days. Postage was reasonable too.     The tyres were really well priced, much cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was quick. My only annoyance is with the tyre, the tan wall is pretty poor and is uneven on some parts of the tyre. Other than that, they easily fitted with little issues getting them to sit on the rim.
