  I tried this however , you required a small field image for me to submit my complaint to identify the issues , I sent an email with pics but was ignored and being over 65 years old I cannot figure out how to resize images, if you looked original email sent I identified these issues , so far no resolution has been offered. Extremely disappointed.

  Absolutely beautiful helmet! I bought this helmet as a birthday present for my husband (because it's the same colour as his bike), but I also had to do a little bit of research first (because he's fussy!) and thank god it paid off! He loves it, says it's very 'aero' which is obviously why I got it for him! His head measures 57cm and I ordered a medium as that goes up to 59cm, but it is snug, I should have sized up for comfort but he said it's OK. I never order things like this online so I'm really happy with it, we received it very fast, brilliant service.

  Very straightforward and timely answers to queries about the order. The process to adjust an order is clunky - to modify an item (size say) you add the new size which you pay for immediately then remove the old size but only receive a credit a few days later.

  Artikel goed geleverd, duurde wel een week ongeveer qua levering. Contact met de hulplijn is minder goed en niet meedenkend. Ook zag ik op het moment dat het artikel het verzonden was dat het ergens anders flink goedkoper was en wilden ze hierin niet tegemoet komen.   Thanks, I have send a message on this delay in the support section of the regular website. The order was only dispatched at the initial indicated delivery date. It seems that most of the delay was caused prior to shipping. I ordered on the 31st and the shipment was dispatched only on the 2nd. There is also no reply for days to get a free of cost return label due to this delays.
