Item received is clearly a copy, a poor copy at that. Ordered a chainring to replace existing, but different fit. Got it fixed after some filling and tweaking but it was not branded as described nor the same. Get what you pay for I guess

And tyre was half the price of chain reaction cycles, also bk at beginning of lockdown ordered xtm8000 brakes and only took just over a week same time ordered from crc and took 2 weeks only 40 miles from my house... wow be ordering from here again prices can't be beaten

The product supplied was a genuine OEM part and competitively priced. Delivery was slightly longer than I expected, but arrived on the last day of their original estimated time window, so that's fair enough.

I found the bike inn website easy to navigate through and found the cycle shies I was after for a Christmas present for my son. I was kept informed of the progress of my package from the order being prepared right up to the day of arrival, which in total was 8 days. When I received my goods they were just as described on the website. I'm so pleased that I used bikeinn.com and certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again
