    Every order with bikeinn is a different experience. This time my order came quickly and was correct which is fantastic. However, I tried and failed to spend my coins on this order due to a problem on the checkout page. The online chat took 3 days to respond and did not resolve the problem, which remains today. I keep coming back because of the wide product selection and keen prices but not if I am in a hurry, and I never believe the gear will arrive correctly until it is in my hands.

    There is an immense amount of products on sale with good prices. The translations to my native language Finnish is decent, which is of course not surprising. What could be better is the categorization of the products so that it would not be necessary to browse dozens of products to e.g. find the correct flavor of the certain product&size. All in all good experience, delivery and end-to-end handling. Could be better, but then again I understand that this area is not (yet) a priority in terms or providing a localized experience.

    I researched the price of my product extensively: bikeinn provided the most competitive and as I have used the supplier before I was happy to do so again. I would have awarded 5 stars but I had to wait slightly longer for my delivery as it cleared customs. If speed of delivery is not a concern bikeinn is tough to beat.

    2 orders i already made. so far very good experience with them. i d buy again. had to cancel some orders bcs i ordered wrong stuff. everything went well. they gave me the money back in like 2 days, they answer your questions about the order if you have. in my case with one small order on a cheap cyclocomputer that arrived in the end but took quite a bit, they assured everything is alright.
