    Good product at a good price. DO NOT trust the delivery times though. Each time I got an update the estimated delivery changed. Website said it would be delivered next day (a Friday), then once I'd ordered it said Friday to Monday. Eventually came on the following Thursday. I would use BikeInn again - but not for anything that I wanted in a hurry. Would be such a better overall experience if they got the delivery estimates working correctly.

    Ik vond het niet best. Ik had het 15-10 besteld toen kreeg ik bericht het komt 17-10 of 18-10 bij je thuis. 17-10 nog niks gekregen track en trace gekeken. Daar stond de 17de besteld kreeg ik het uiteindelijk de 23ste binnen. Als je er afleverdatums bij zet zorg dan ook dat het dan geleverd word. Of laat iets van je horen op deze manier ben ik niet tevreden. En ik had nog een mail gestuurd. Maar ook nooit meer iets van gehoord. Erg slecht

    You state it will be delivered in 2 days so I pay extra for the shipment and it ends up coming from Spain making this impossible in the first place so It was delayed by 3 days. Please state the proper delivery date on your website and not an imposible one.
