  Was a bit dubious about ordering from abroad, but i am pleasantly surprised at the excellent service i received from bikeinn keeping me informed of all the details of when my order would be delivered, then when it was delivered the guy wanted to make sure there were no children around as it was a child's bike with a picture on the box so the surprise would be ruined, thank you for first class service.

  After sales / customer service has let me down a bit. I ordered a tyre for my turbo trainer. The box the tyre was in arrived damaged. I need to return the item as I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I've been trying to contact bikeinn to find out if I can return the item and if they'll accept that the box was already damaged in transit but not getting any response. I would have happily ordered the correct size needed from them in return, but with no response, I've had to order from somewhere else.

  Very good selection and prices. My first order arrived quite quickly and the packaging was good. No complaints there. I'm leaving four stars only because I'm still waiting for my second order to be shipped. It has been a week and it still has not been packed and shipped.
