  I ordered my Sram AXS mech, was concerned that it was coming from Spain with the Dutu tax etc as another company did not disclose they did not pay it or that it would be added on. However this company does disclose this also in an email I had confirmation that there would be no added tax duty. True to there word there was none and the item arrived with in a week. Just wish they had the AXS dropper I. My size 31.6 150 travel.

  Bike Inn offers the UK market products and brands that are more readily available in mainland Europe. You have to apply a bit of common sense when it comes to expectations around delivery times. Assume a week to two weeks between placing the order and delivery. However I was very happy with the product, it was exactly what I ordered.

  I am unhappy with your product, it is the way I am able to communicate with you. You have a very non costumer friendly customer service system. I purchased a tire and you delivered the wrong item and kept asking for details as if you thoght something was broken.   i bought a rear bike wheel with coaster brake - there aren't hundreds when you click 'shopping' on your google search - price was good, product seems good - it is fitted and operational - durability can't be verified at this point - delivery time was entirely reasonable without delays and before end of estimated delivery window - only thing missing was a free ice cream!

  A great place to shop for those hard to obtain replacement components. I live in the UK and order was delivered within a week. The tracking app was not so good - was showing my order was in the Netherlands after being delivered. Would I buy from here again ? Definitely
