  The Bikeinn website and product purchase was easy and straightforward. The tracking app for my product was awful. One product shipping from Spain to UK. I received 6 different tracking notifications all for different destinations. USA, Germany, Holland. I product was delivered to each of these locations and I was notified of this. It was not until I contacted Bikeinn that I was told where my purchase actually was. My product actually arrive two days later in the uk.

  Having been let down by another site, I found the same item for sale on bikeinn.com. This was a gift for my grand daughter at Christmas but having heard nothing from the suppliers for 30 days from ordering I decided to cancel the order and look elswhere. So bikeinn.com provided the bike much cheaper and managed to export and deliver from Spain in under 10 days!!. Obviously not in time for Christmas but none the less, one very happy grandchild. Thanks very much. I highly recommend.

  Ordering online from Bikeinn was straight forward with reasonable postage costs and I received the stem about a week later. The Progress stem is a beautiful piece of kit, I had something similar already, Omni Racer's race lite stem which is also CNC milled from a single billet of aluminium (silver finish) but after a couple years use I decided I wanted the same kind of thing but in blue. The Progress stem despite being 10mm longer than the Omni Racer is lighter by about 10gms and it is also lighter than the Tune Giles stem and less expensive. The stem is immensely stiff as you'd expect from machined aluminium and you would have to spend a vast amount of cash to get anything lighter the only exception to that would be Mt.Zoom's alloy stem but that is forged not milled and comes only in regulation black, and I'm so bored with black cycle components.

  I would not use this company again, yes they have things in stock that others don’t, but, their customer service is shocking. They are extremely slow at replying to emails, they do not read your emails properly, they will not accept responsibility for a mistake they made, delivery is very slow albeit it does come from Spain. Clearly one of those big companies who just don’t care. In a nut shell avoid.

  This is still not adequate. I notified you of a missing item well within 3 days, you took along time to reply and now you claim it is outside the 3 days to make a claim. Read my messages, look at the tracking details, look at the reply times it is all there. Sort this out by sending the missing item out. Accept you are at fault and do it. If you receive an incomplete package, that is, with an item that is not in it, you must enter the return request, that does not mean that you are going to return the item, it is simply the process to claim the lack of the item. Our team sent you the steps to follow on several occasions, you can submit the claim anyway by sending the photos of how you received the package and the items you received in it. Have a nice day
