  Overall, an excellent service. I would have provided 5 stars if the final costs involved in purchase from the UK were made clearer from the outset. The cost initially paid was about £223 + £16 shipping - but shortly after the initial purchase I got a bill from DHL for the TAX plus import duty which came to a further £60. Perhaps I just missed the fact that the initial price did not include TAX. So the final cost was about £300 which is a quite a lot more than I was expecting.

  Very disappointed I placed my order on Nov 16th, I am still waiting for the item to arrive. It has been stuck in customs since Nov 24th. I keep asking BMW for the contact details so I can contact the customs depot but they are not providing it. It is a Christmas present so I very disappointed won’t be service I have received. When placing an order that early I would have certainly expected it to arrive in time.

  This order was very accurate and timely. My second order was very late and couldn't get an answer from the support by chat neither by mail. One more feedback, I asked the support by chst about a helmet size which Is not available at the moment, all what I got is a negative reply saying, if it is not available on the website means it js not available, and we can't tell you if it will be available in the future or not!!!!
