Too long lead-times. Shipping takes quite a while. This is not typical for a premium brand like BMW. Customers of BMW are used to get the top quality service.

High Quality material, but the delivery times are awful. Think 6-8 weeks and pray. If you aren’t in a hurry, then these guys are good. If you want your stuff quickly, go elsewhere.

Awful in every way. Order took a month to be delivered. Wrong parts sent, "easy to install" parts came with warnings that they must be fitted by professionals. Shambolic. Avoid at all costs.

I found the offer very attractive, the presentation of product range good and pricing very competitive. However, if there was any notice about delivery charges to the UK, it was very small font. I purchased 3 items, all delivered as expected but one item was the wrong size. DHL informed me I had to pay import charges and VAT on top of the product pricing, making it more expensive than buying from a UK BMW dealer direct. also the item I then returned (was refunded by you promptly) I could not or am finding it very difficult to process, the reclaiming of the VAT already paid. In summary, nice website, good delivery etc BUT failure to advise UK customers of full costs and challenges of returns, when you target and advertise to UK customers direct, is appalling - I view it as almost a scam/confidence trick, but have to accept I was taken in with the marketing and did not look in detail and the Terms & Conditions (as you no doubt plan)

My order was suppose to be here 28/08/21 It’s still not here! It’s taken 7 unanswered emails and speaking to my bank to do a reverse charge to get them to do anything. I got a tracking number two days ago, estimated delivery 31/09/21 that’s over a month from my original order they said would be here and on top of that I’ve had to pay £107 import tax! I’ll never use these cowboys again! Shocking customer service! Extremely angry.

I really think it was terrible experience. Bmw ask me to change my order more than three times, just because that thing is no more available (which it don’t even show on the website.) And the online shopping website is not good enough, that I can only change my ordering with writing email to customer service. After that, Bmw didn’t ship my stuff on time, and without gave my any information, until I asked, then they told me there was something unavailable AGAIN! But the most unbelievable thing was, I couldn’t saw any apologize from their Emails(we contacted with each other for more than 10 emails, and they didn’t gave me one time sorry in all emails), even they mad me had a such suck experience. I’m really sad that I could only give 1 star (if I can choose I’ll give no star), I just can’t believe that BMW, such a big and famous company can let their customer so disappointed.

I've twice ordered an item that only later I was informed it was out of stock. I had t cancel the order and switch to another choice. The website is lagging the stock position which is a basic element of a web based service.

Awful service…paid for item then was told I had to pay €80 extra for postage even though I paid what the website told me it would cost. Questioned this and was told oh yes we got that wrong it will be £36 extra. Decided to pay this because I needed the item for a trip that was planned. Had to wait weeks for delivery. Well never buy from them again

My order was significantly delayed as it turned out the item wasn't in stock [not as advertised]. After two weeks I chased the order which, according to the website, had apparently been ready for despatch for a week or so, I couldn't get through on the landline, eventually got a reply to one of my several emails which apologised for the delay and then nothing happened for several more weeks. Then received automated notification it was on its way and it turned up a couple of days later. Item was fine and as ordered.

Nice product lines, almost everything you can imagine from BMW is available. Price is nice, but beware of "great" discounts, discounts are most likely granted on high "bruto"-prices, check also the price at your local dealer, still in many cases, BMW-Europe is cheaper. Way of informing of the status of your order/shipment is fine

The product was good but delivery took ages. There were no updates on when it would be shipped or why there was a delay. I had to chase up customer service for updates which were slow in responding. All in all it took well over 3 weeks for an in-stock item to arrive.
