    I signed up, system failed to deliver, tried helpdesk - still no joy. Cancelled, unsubscribed had to do that twice as I still got e mail marketing and now they've given my contact info to a third party survey firm. Very unhappy with a very poor service from a firm which cant even follow direct marketing rules for itself.

    The platform itself is excellent and easy to use, however, like all mass email systems, it does hit the spam filters a lot. Better to get a CRM system that can email directly from your email address.

    Capping my hourly quota is silly. There are not enough leads to even make a significant dent on any server. This is a money maker for you because you want to get a paid account, or buy a seperate ID. My opinion of you is that your model of monthly retainers is excessive and I don't like this tactic. It's not good business.

    Didn't have a change to use it much - moved to Sendinblue, because Mailchimp f-ed up my mailinglist before launching the campaing. Sendinblue is suprisingly simple and just does the job I expected it to do. Plus the reports are of course great.

    I'm Happy with SendinBlue! there are some limitations in design in compare to MailChimp and their system flag you time by time by importing a long list of subscribers to your contact list... you need to schedule your campaigns 1 day in advance and explain about your email sources..., It is affordable and give you a higher percentage in delivery... performance-wise I see better results than other apps.

    I'm using the free version of sendinblue and finding it very good. If we are lucky enough to grow our customer numbers it's most likely that I would stay with sendinblue and upgrade to a paid subscription. I've appreciated that there's been no pressure to do that.

    I have enjoyed using Sendinblue for about three months now. It took a little bit of time to learn to use the system, but they had enough tutorials that the learning curve wasn't too painful. I would have given them 5 stars if the onboarding process would have been a little easier, otherwise, I believe they are a 5 star service. I appreciate their commitment to maintaining a good sending reputation and my email delivery rates are excellent because of it. Their reporting sytem is decent and the ability to automate things is nice. I have been using Zapier to integrate Sendinblue with other applications and that has been working well. I look forward to seeing Sendinblue's integrations improve with other apps over time. I would recommend using Sendinblue.

    Very confusing how the amount of emails are calculated. Sendinblue is annoying to use and if you get one unsubscribe opt out you are considered an evil criminal who must be out to destroy the world.
