So far, we have used Sendinblue's platform for creating and sending newsletters. No major issues, creating a newsletter template could have gone a bit smoother. Our template is quite complex, so some need for fine tuning was expected. Customer service was quick, kind and professional. Prising plans were clear, and the buying process went fluently.

There's very little information on how to create things like forms or automated emails on your product. You should have more videos. Most videos are on MailChimp so most people wind up going with mailchimp

Spent a lot of time providing documents and "proof" that our guests agreed to receive emails. Learned your program / system and created our first email of the season (usually only send about 25 - 30 a year) and it was turned off because of low open rates. Then was told to do a bunch of stuff to re add the contacts. Canceled at that point. just don't have time for all this when running a small business, where my wife and I do the majority of this type of work on top of running everything else

SendInBlue is great. Easy to use and set up email blast, set up different lists and to set up collection forms for your website. One downside is slightly confusing initial set up with having to verify the account.

My personal experience with sendinblue started out positively enough. A friendly account rep scheduled a phone call where I had all of my questions answered. I was able to import all of my contacts into their system. However, my biggest disappointment came after I sent my first email through their system. To my great disappointment and horror, about 99.5% of my email contacts were rejected even though I had no problem sending emails using my previous email marketing provider. I had no choice but to cancel my subscription to sendinblue, and I had to go back to my old email marketing provider. Sorry, sendinblue was a huge disappointment when I thought there was so much potential.

When setting up an account, I got a series of phone calls in short succession regarding the verfication process. As they were in quick succession and I was not in the office, I missed these calls and the voicemails left did not make it clear what needed to be done. When I did set up my account, I subsequently did not receive any support and the website's FAQs were unhelpful. Sendinblue as a tool for newsletter is not intuative or user friendly.

I only put 4 stars because on you don't seem to be able to forward a message to a single contact. If you have a missed a few contact you need to create a list again. Which is a shame because everything else seems to be easy to handle and very intuitive. I am still monitoring the reports as I am a bit puzzled by the feedback which does not add up with the number of clicks we find. but that might simply be a setting issue (I hope). Otherwise it is great and I would recommend it
