  It is annoying that one has to reupload all contacts again for a different product/email campaign. This should be managed better by importing all contacts once with the option of assigning one or several different products/campaigns to each contact

  Good free newsletter mailing service however the site is quite laggy and occasionally unresponsive in terms of the drag and drop editor, however the number of features available is really amazing.

  I migrated my companies mailing list to SendInBlue, and intended to sign up to a paid plan (which I eventually did). However, I was contacted several times by a SendInBlue sales representative wanting to speak to me. That's fine except after the first contact I made it clear I didn't consent to this--I was trialling the service and didn't need help/didn't want to feel pressured. Overall, the service itself is reasonable. But be aware you'll be contacted several times, and if you (like me) ask for them to stop they might continue to contact you anyway..... For this irritation during the onboarding process, I just can't give SendInBlue anything higher than a 3 star...

  A very smooth and easy approval and provisioning process. What is special about Sendinblue is that they are the only email marketing provider I can find who will terminate you for cause and with notice; the rest can just dump you with no reason at any time. This is not hypothetical: Mailchimp suddenly ended my service saying "we have nothing against you or your business…" after 10 years and for no reason.

  We switched from ActiveCampaign to SendInBlue and could not be happier. SendinBlue monthly charges are based on email volume and not based on number of contacts, which seems to be a much more affordable way of doing things especially for entrepreneurs just starting out. One thing missing with SendinBlue is deep linking and advanced tagging of user behavior, but SendInBlue seems very proactive and will likely get there soon.

  Out of all the email services, Sendinblue seemed to be the best fit for my small business with a free plan. 300 mails per day are sufficient for me now, and Sendinblue is a very easy to use platform for your daily email marketing.

  The platform is very stable and fast, allows us to do what we need in terms of sending millions of emails. Customer service is also excellent, onboarding went very well, platform is very intuitive and we were able to integrate easily with the documentation available and with a small help from the team, who were always quick to respond.

  Super happy with the service. I find that delivery is perfect when being responsible with our own sending - something rare even on larger platforms. The ability to be charged by send instead of list size is very classy. Exporting functions could be a little better, but anyone decent with excel shouldnt have any trouble parsing data. The segmenting tools are tremendous. I love the frequency variables, where you can choose how many emails were sent to each person.
