  The registration process is a pain. The automated registration system always flags you as suspected user. The should not offer automated signup and the cannot handle. Plus during manual sign ups the ask for unrelated documents that don't make sense unlike any other company. The experience was very frustrating.

  We tried absolutely everything to get our emails to send through sendin blue, doing everything they asked, paying to clean data, only adding verified emails to our list. We paid for the full service and gave up after they only allowed us to send 500 emails. An absolute waste of time and money.

  Bad services, its like I wasted 2 months of onboarding. Your platform didn't allow me to send mail to my subscriber list which I was using for last years on MailChimp Platform. I had to go back to MailChimp and would rather pay a premium than crappy customer service from SendInBlue. You peanuts, you get monkeys is personified by SendinBlue, please avoid if you can afford a better ESP.

  Easier to use than some of the others that are out there like MailChimp for example, still takes a bit of figuring out though but worth the investment. Maximum of 300 emails a day on the free version could be a problem for some.

  all is ok, but I think, that campains open statistic is not correct, because peoples, who are using outlook open my campaign, but in Sendinblue report this "open" not showing. I don't know why, but open rate in statistic is showed only when recipient click in outlook "download pictures"

  Very frustrated when emails could not be sent out without having a dedicated IP set up. This was not made clear when I signed up. The impression was given that this was a choice. The editor is very good but I wish there were more ready-to-use templates. rather than complete emails which then need to be broken down and rebuilt. I am happy with the many features available. It is easy to use.

  Sendinblue does not trust you. I've uploaded a 1k recipient list to send a mailing demanded from my client. those recipients here employees from my client. I've explained this to Sendinblue. I was not able to send the mailing thru them.

  Some things seem complicated for our needs, we just need to send out newsletters one or twice a month. Would like to copy from a previous campaign but that is not an option other than Duplicate which may not be the same. We need to spend a lot of time reading all the instructions I suspect.

  It's a great service that does its job well for a fair value. The stability and UI of the service are also very commendable. The only grouse I might have is that the response time can be improved upon every click. It'll make things move faster in this day and age. But otherwise, it's a great system.

  It's a decent enough system, especially for the price. Alas performance isn't fantastic, with some backend features taking hours to activate first time, or lists not refreshing for minutes. The interface is clunky, but adequate. I can see the platform going to great places in the future, they're just nowhere near there yet, but I'm prepared to invest in them for the journey! OK, mainly because of the price, but if you're prepared to sacrifice the glossy interface and organised layouts within the CRM of competitors, then it's a good choice. I've also integration with their API, which is really well documented and allows me to maximise the use of their platform.
