  Rigid IT setup and payment terms and lack of proper support. Despite having an easy-to-use interface that I learnt to navigate fairly quickly, these two key factors are making the platform quite challenging for use by organisations like mine that have watertight email security systems. After what looks like deadlock in the back and forth conversations with “Customer Support,” I am now considering alternatives to Sendinblue.

  Bad platform. Usability is poor. I tried to create a user for my agency to manage my campaigns, but only this option if the agency is part of a partner program. I recommend an agency for the partnership program and to date they have not approved it. Bad service, bad relationship, and 0 trust!

  I wasn't able to fully utilize the service because my list was deemed invalid due to a slow response rate. I work with seniors and all of the names on my 2nd list were recent opt-ins. Send in blue rejected my list within 24 hours of attempting to send the newsletter. The majority of my clients didn't even have a chance to open it. I've used other newsletter services in the past that were as affordable and didn't make me jump through so many hoops. I don't see the value in this service. I paid for a full month and after having my list rejected, I had to cancel and didn't get a chance to take advantage of what I paid for. Very disappointed.

  Formatting an email on this website is very difficult, and is more expensive than better options. Once you have an email formatted for web, if a recipient were to open the email on their phone, the email looks horrible. And it's worse vise-versa

  So far, so good. I truly cannot complain about SendinBlue, at all. The only reason why I cannot, in good conscious, provide 5 stars is because I haven't done business with any other company and I cannot compare SendinBlue to it. But with that being said, I have also NOT had to look for any other service provider because SendinBlue has provided me with the tools I need and my satisfaction with them is high enough to retain my business and keep me from looking for "more." I'm not looking for more, because what more could I ask for? I have already recommended SendinBlue to colleagues with the disclaimer that I have not tried any other company, but that I do not feel the need to as well.
