I did not order any product or service. But complained I was unable to complete my registration. I watched the video. It was not very good and the guy just rambled thru his pieces of the software like a tech not a customer sensitive person. I think the idea may be good as a central integrating product, but the social customs of our countries are too different so I think I am probably not interested unless I get more solic information and a sold way to register. I did not order any products. Period.

The worst marketing platform and customer service I have experienced. The website is full of bugs. Menu items are not consistent in pages. It’s super difficult to setup automations and flows. It’s also super difficult to manage contacts. And enter contacts to the flows. The customer service has attitude and not helpful.

The service is good for what is does. However, the content retention policy is totally absurd. I did not log into my account for a few months as we had no email updates to send, and SendInBlue wiped out all my material including previous email campaigns, template designs, and media. This also destroyed our repository of press releases which were shown on the website. SendInBlue sent me a single warning message about this, 1 week before the account was wiped. I did not see it because it went to my spam inbox. I have to say that a single email warning with 1 week notice is not sufficient to delete all the information of a user.

My account is de-activate without any specific reasons. I have to contact to ask why and have to re-subscribed to the email service provider that I have canceled to switch to Sendinblue. After a few days waiting, they approved my account but the email sending still have a problem with URL, my users can't open on any links inside email to open it.

I sent one email from an opted in list and my account was suspended until I had to prove that my list was legit. Which I did but still , it's like they take responsibility for my business and it's own privacy policy, and how I deal with my customers. Not sure it is best practice.

Terrible. Damaging to our brand. Due to an automated system of theirs to prevent spam they redirected all the links of emails we had already sent to a page saying our company was suspicious! Didn’t answer calls and emails until the next day leaving 100s of our clients to end up on such page. Would not recommend.

After implementing their api into my platform, then they add some business logic that is completely unfair. Blocking me from using transactional emails unless our users opens more than 75%. Absurd criteria.. so this renders the solution unusable. Since our normal open rate is between 40 and 50%. It’s used for notifications where reading subject is enough in most cases.

The support staff at Sendinblue has been very helpful from initial contact on. They answer questions quickly and are eager to help you learn their platform. Emails were sent out quickly easily and metrics returned and easily understood. We had our own design, but their templates were compelling and the design process easy. Reports were helpful and unsubscribe process efficient.

I reached out to them before I moved over my marketing to them and they told me what I wanted to hear to get me to move over. Once I did and they took my money they blocked my account so that I couldn’t send emails. I had to move back to the company I was using before. Huge waste of time and money.
