  I'd definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors Renault Gloucester because we was made to feel so welcome. We was offerer a nice hot drink. Erin Jones was the lady dealing with us, she was very young but very experience. She talked us through everything and even repeated things I didn't understand. She was so kind. I've been suffering with cancer, she looked after me so well and made me feel so comfortable. I couldn't say enough about how lovely she was.

  As soon as you walk in, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing seemed to much trouble. In particular Nathan in used cars...such a nice down to earth chap. Knows his stuff. We will definitely be back to buy another after this one. Thanks Nathan

  Bought New Car From Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chesterfield. Holly Was Amazing And Done All The Hard Work Sorting Change Over Repairs And All The Paper Work And Throughout Holly Explained Everything From Finance Company To Part Exchanging Vehicle Values And Service Plan For 3 Years Plus Warranty 3 Years. Apart From A Chipped Windscreen Which Had Been Repaired And Still Noticeable But Overall I'm Happy With My Purchase.

  We were looking for a second hand car, and Bristol Street Motors had a good selection for us. We found a hybrid car that met our needs, at a price we could afford. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We hadn't driven a hybrid car before so they took time to explain it all to us. No problems with the car so far. Long may it continue!

  Bristol Street Motors Peugeot Exeter were great, Lucy was friendly and approachable, Lucy sold me my car, she went through all the docs and paperwork and ensured I understood everything. Unfortunately when I drove the car the next day, I realised there was a mechanical issue. I phoned the next day. A female (only spoke to them on the phone in the first instance of the issue so unsure of her name) ensured that when I dropped off the car that there would be a courtesy car available for me, due to work. On arrival I spoke to Katie (Lucy was on leave at this point). Katie kept me updated while the work was being done. Swapping the courtesy car back to my car was nice and easy. Everyone I came across was polite, including the technician.

  A very professional set up. I was greeted on arrival and offered hospitality. The sales agent (Paul Phillips) then took me through the vehicle details thoroughly including a useful test drive. Paul was very particular in explaining all vehicle accessories and answered all of my questions. I would thoroughly recommend them but live some disatnce away. I will recommend them to local people.

  Bristol Street Motors Ford Durham were great because the sales team weren't too pushy, they were friendly and approachable. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The car is exactly what I wanted and was faultless. It had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out just before I collected it. After care has also been spot on.
