  Interaction with burnout motor was excellent. I ordered the red and gray Rev'it Prometheus size 58 on a Saturday, which I couldn't find anywhere since it's discontinued. They contacted me first thing Monday morning notifying me there's no stock available, which didn't really surprise me. They did have the Rev'it Prometheus in black and white and offered the Rev'it back protector that fits this jacket if I kept my order. The order took 3 days to leave the warehouse and 1 week to be delivered to Toronto, Canada from Italy. Jacket and back protector arrived perfect condition. Will definitely order from them again.

  I am in the USA and was surprised to still find a good source for a good product in this world of supply shortages. Shipping was actually cheaper, with insurance, than what it costs within the US. Looking forward to finding out what else I can buy!

  It took about 9 working days for them to ship the items to the USA. The website stated 2-8 days. I had to contact them to remind them. Package arrived to the US 4 days later. Customer service staff is very professional and they replied to all my emails and whatsapp messages within the day. Prices were also very competitive. I would buy from them again if I am not in a hurry and I know what sizes fit me.

  I was a little wary purchasing over $1000 worth of Rev’It clothing overseas. I had good communication before the transaction and felt comfortable I’d get what I ordered. The order came very quick after the initial 7 day wait to get processed. They use FedEx so tracking was very good. I got stung on customs $250 but that’s not Burnout Motors fault. Everything was as ordered. Super pleased with the gear. Thanks again Burnout Motors. I think I’ve got the only great Cayenne Pro outfit in Australia 👍

  I wish burnout was more transparent with their backorders. For months I awaited my helmet and burnout kept saying that it was arriving next week. Unless I reached out, I never got followup that the product still had not arrived. Burnout knows what they received. If you've told me that the item should be there and it didn't arrive, tell me that you're still waiting on it. Be proactive with informing your customers.

  Matteo and his team made sure that I received a safety vest (not available in the US or other vendors) in time for my husband’s birthday and his last tour of the season. I have to say I didn’t think it was going to happen but Matteo contacted me and believed it would arrive in time. On the day of his birthday the vest arrived at 11:00 am cst FROM Italy in a pandemic!!! So Jim will be sporting his SPIDI vest at the BMW rally this week. And he is safer! Thanks again Matteo!!

  Excellent Customer Service. I inadvertently selected the wrong helmet size. I sent email and used the chat facility on their website and they corrected the size on my order immediately. i ordered and intercom system too and the asked if I'd like that installing for free before shipping my helmet. naturally i said yes. Helmet arrived a week later and was good to go right out of the box. Price on the helmet was $200 cheaper than anywhere i could have got it in the US and the intercom $25 cheaper. Great deal, Great customer service. Thank you BurnOut !!

  I was very pleased with the service, ordered a jacket and boots , jacket was discontinued, and didn’t have the boots I wanted, I was asked if I wanted the new version of the jacket with no extra charge and offered the same boots in a different colour which I accepted, when both items arrived I was more than happy, boots were a lot nicer than the 1s I ordered, i would highly recommend BurnOut to anyone, Matteo who I was dealing with via email was easy to deal with and more than willing to sort any problems I had, thank you again Matteo and BurnOut Andy J Paisley Scotland

  I waited two weeks with no update to my order and no word from Burnout. I thought I might have been scammed. Then I reached out via email, and my order shipped within a couple days. The person I talked to was very nice and apologetic. Kind of annoying that the customer service was only good after I mentioned a credit card chargeback.

  My sales associate Matteo provided excellent customer service. Burn Out did not have the Alpinestars Absolute Race suit in stock that I wanted but he contacted Astars to see if they had any.   Burnout Motor Co is a great place to shop for motorcycle gear the website is user friendly, a little slow to load pages but everything is very informative, The Customer service is Excellent, I order all the way from California, Giovanni in customer service always great take care of me, The delivery time is Absolutely incredible even though Italy is going though a tough time these guys every time I order make sure I get all my gear in time for when I need it. I have to admit I was very skeptical at first to place an order because I am in USA and their prices seemed almost too good to be true, I have bought a few items from them and as I've stated to them on emails, I am forever a Loyal Customer to them.

  As an USA buyer I am sometimes hesitant to purchase from foreign vendors. Burn Out Motors has proven to be a trustworthy source of quality motorcycle gear! After a short delay due to the holidays and COVID my order was shipped and received within 5 days! When I made an inquiry the customer service was forthcoming and honest regarding the delay.
