  The helmet was processed on the 4th workday and given to Fedex on the 7th workday (9 days including weekends). Fedex though took another 17 days to get from Italy to me in Texas. I've had things ship faster than 26 calendar days but I can't blame all of it, if any, on Burnout Motor. The price was great so if I don't need something really quickly I'll consider Burnout Motor again.

  Dear customer, thank you for the valuable review, it is very useful for us to improve our service, we remained within the order management times (2-8 days) unfortunately the delivery delay was caused by a courier who usually ships to the USA it takes a maximum of 2.3 days, we use Fedex for this very reason from Italy to the USA, unfortunately there have been some slowdowns in their sorting HUBs and these are processes on which we cannot intervene, the situation at the moment seems to have returned to normal, thanks again and we remain at your complete disposal, until next time BurnOut Staff

  I did not know my item was out of stock till I asked, I was told my item would be in stock in several weeks, I then had to wait a couple more weeks for it to ship.

  I found the product I wanted. I ordered it. I didn't receive any communication that my order was received. I contacted them a week after ordering to check to see if they even got my order... That all I had even received was a paypal receipt. They contacted me a couple days later, and said, per their order fulfillment schedule, it would be shipped by the end of the week. I was more suprised not to at least receive an order confirmation from them, not paypal. I knew it would be a couple weeks. That wasn't the issue. I received the item in perfect condition and right on time. I would like to see a little more communication.

  These guys are awesome! I was a bit worried about ordering overseas (I'm in the US) but everything worked out great. Shipping took a few weeks as expected, but they were nice enough to throw in a cargo net for free. Will do business with again!

  Ordering from a company overseas, I was very skeptical. These guys are completely legit, fast email responses, complete transparency, will definitely recommend these guys to anyone.   I’m writing from the US, Specifically Texas. I was hesitant to order from this website but glad I did! Order processes took the full 8 days & then once it shipped out it took maybe 3 days to get here. So I’d say expect to wait minimum 2 weeks . Everything was in great condition.   BurnOut provided excellent customer service when I had questions. Great prices and shipping was not overly expensive from Europe to the US. I had boots shipped which was quite a large box.   I ordered two products. The moto jacket was shipped in good time and product was great. The 2nd product was a helmet which ended up not being in their inventory. They contacted me quickly by email to let me know that they did not have the item and offered an alternative. I did not want the alternative so they gave me a quick refund on the original order.   I live in the United States and was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a small shop in Italy but Burnout Motor was fantastic to work with. My shipment was delayed because of low stock and I also asked to change colors of the helmet I ordered. The customer service was really great about accommodating my change request and keeping me updated. The Shoei ex-zero helmet I ordered (which is not available in the USA) is beautiful! I won't hesitate to order from Burnout Motor again.

  The ordering process was a little confusing and I did not receive an email confirmation, requiring me to reach out to the company. Once I did that, the response was rapid and I knew the order had not been lost. The shipment of my order was via FedEx and I received two notifications of issues needing to be resolved as the package traveled from Italy, through France and then to the US. These added several days to the delivery time-frame. Once in the US, everything went much more quickly. My order arrived and was packaged very nicely. Ultimately, I am happy with the experience, and would order from Burnout again.

  Initially I was a bit skeptical because price was too good to be true, but they have been excellent with communications and I had absolutely no issue. The item was on backorder so they threw in a small freebie for having to wait couple of weeks. No brainer for US shoppers when dollar is so strong now and Burnout is even more attractive. Highly recommended and I'll buy again!

  Burnout did great. There were delays due to low staffing because of COVID, and then delays because of the international shipping but the people at burnout kept me in the loop and let me know what was happening. I'd shop here again.

  I was skeptical of this seller, as the helmet I was looking for was hard to find. Not too mention finding accessories. So finding it for a reasonable price, and in stock, left me wondering if it was a “bait and switch”, also international ordering is questionable. Well, I stand corrected. The communication was good from start to finish. The product was exactly what I ordered, and undamaged. They did have some delay shipping out, but again it was international, and they discounted the product to offset that. it was about a month total turnaround, which I feel is quite reasonable. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, and experience.

  I have worn Nolan helmets for over 15 years because of the fit to my head and great value. I was seeking a specific Nolan helmet that no one had in the USA. Although apprehensive at first in ordering from a foreign company, but within the country of manufacture for Nolan, I remembered my work experience in Italy and the people. Communications on order status and shipment details were excellent. The helmet arrived in perfect condition on the promised date. It would have been quicker to receive a product that was already in the US, but the service received from burnoutmotors.com was outstanding, including delivered price and time!
