  This was my first purchase from buyleatheronline - and whilst I’m familiar with the leather I was impressed by the speed of transaction and delivery. The leather itself was well within the area expected and had only one small blemish - a deep scratch. This is entirely acceptable given the rest of the surface was flawless

  I'm quite disappointed with the customer service of Buyleatheronline. They sent the wrong items in the order, and wouldn't offer to fix it because more than 14 days had passed since delivery. Sales within the EU are actually protected by law for 2 years The customer service of Buyleatheronline tried to deny the law several times, and offered a €10 voucher for a €179.47 order. Lastly, customer service then hid my review by falsely reporting the information. Very sneaky behaviour. Please be aware that reviews are being manipulated on this site, check reviews elsewhere before buying.

  Again a false representation of reality by people in bad faith: - Review are not manipulated, they go under moderation, otherwise they would not be published like this one - The order amount included many items that were all ok except one, a 10€ voucher was offered as 25% of the item value as compensation - Last but not least, the customer contacted us after 1 year from purchase and after using and cutting the leather in question, pretending a big discount for an article which, according to European law, falls within the category of so-called minor defects.

  Great service, Tommaso was always helpful, patient and willing to share valuable knowledge even for people who know very little like myself. Processing was reasonably fast, and the prices are very competitive since they sell large/whole pieces. Well packaged though I would have preferred kraft paper for each piece and then plastic for the whole package rather than plastic everywhere~ cheaper and more environmentally friendly :)

  Not having ordered leather from the continent before, I was delighted with the service and the price. I also really appreciated the regular updates about the shipping/delivery process.   Hi, Youre customer service is heavy and unprofessional, youre propably declining my one star review again, this just proves my point. Youre customer service needs professional education because youre still trying to deny the truth, you didnt focus on solving the customers problem actively, its not the customers job, its youre job, but you did send me the leather. Thats positive. After that you didnt reorganise youre selection even thou I adviced you to remove the waste product out of the grain leathers to a junk selection where it belongs and didnt come up with any constructive solution to the original problem. Youre system needs to be fixed because its not working properly and you should grow up now and listen. You're just being childish, you should be thankful for the sound advices I have given you, I'm not even charging for this. It's free for you, just be more efficient and active with youre customer service and help out youre customers more actively before things go wrong. Greetings Friendly teacher

  Hello, we are sorry we did not managed to solve your problem even if we offered you the possibility to change the goods and return that were not suitable to your needs but that they did match the picture and the description of the website, and that you ordered and we correctly shipped. Split leather is inside the category of veg tan leather because it is a veg tan leather wasting part but still useful and used for many applications (even if it is not grain leather can be used and reinforcement or lining), so it is classified under the veg tan leathers for this reason, like veg tan scraps i.e. that are waste but useful to make small objects, so the customer needs to check what is ordering and read at least our very long product descriptions and data sheets, and if he doesn't know the features of the product we are always at disposal for clarification and to send free samples worldwide to avoid mistakes! Anyway the reviews moderation have the aim to make the customer and seller explain and find a solution, if this is not the case the review is published like in this case. Thank you

  I ordered 8 half hides in different colors and they are all beautiful. I do not see very many areas that would be unusable and any I do see are quite small. Even with the shipping costs the price was very reasonable. Customer service kindly answered all my annoying questions.   So helpful. Excellent service. Leather is gorgeous. The shipping packaging materials was on another level. Most leather is shipped in a cardboard box and wrap and a small sheet of recycled paper. This leather was wrapped in a black sheet of thick protective synthetic fabric, which was an extra bonus because I was able to make a bag out of it rather than set an on shelf. Thank you so much can’t wait to order again.

  Very easy to order on the site, every detail is clear and accurate on the description of the products. The order arrived very soon, fast delivery, excellent packed. Quality of the leather is excellent, every pie e is beautiful. It was a very nice and pleasant surprise the chosed colours : although is not as in the photos (but this is already specified on the site, that the colours are random and can not be chosen), but all pieces are exquisite, vibrant and different, unique in the pack.   First order so far, definitely not the last. Everything went just as expected. I wasn't used to the packaging, so I nearly destroyed the outer layer.... Nearly. I didn't, so it's all perfect.

  The products are excellent. The packaging could have been better. The end of the roll where smashed on both ends, leaving marks on the actual leather inside.
