  Buy leather online is a fast and easy to use site I don't understand why there is s minimum purchase amount for the uk as no other company in Europe requires it as import duty as import paperwork is done by courier companies other than that little niggle the company is probably the best to buy leather from anywhere in the world

  The quality of the belt blanks are great. Fast delivery . Only quip was that it said free post as I was doing the order and I ended up paying £21 in postage. Didn't help me getting a £42 custom charge. Bloody brexit

  I got my order two days later than expected. I undestood it was a custom hold. I recieved the leather in good condition. They alway do a good job wrapping out the leather.   I ordered 6 hides and 5 of them were defective. One was 0,5m² where it was advertised as 0,75 m², three hides that were supposed to be 1° Grade had deep scratches that had occurred after tanning, and one 'B-grade' hide was so heavily scratched that less than 10% of it was useful. Customer service would not acknowledge the difference in size, and were unapologetic about the damage, claiming the products are in line with the fine print in the description. It took 5 weeks to get my refund, which had to be returned at my own expense (a very large package sent to Italy). I would not recommend this store.

  Hello, we are sorry you have not been satisfied with the order but we don't agree with the review here is why: We checked well all hides returned and all of them were more then fine for the standard described on the product page, in addition all the skins were in excellent conditions and reflected the grades described on product page. the return was performed by the customer without authorization from our side (we could have covered the costs if return was made by us in case of errors) and we accepted it, and in any case the FULL amount including original shipping costs has been refunded to the customer, more then this we can't do. Sometimes is just impossible to satisfy a customer even with full refund and even if product are fine. Fortunately 99,99% of customers review shows positive feedback.

  I was a bit unsure about ordering from another country, but Leather online kept me informed at every stage. I did have to pay quite abit of import tax but that was expected. The hide is of very good quality and size, very supple and exactly what I wanted, I am very pleased with my purchase and the service. The couriers UPS are not so good, so maybe Leather online could use another like DPD.

  Let's get down to the nuts and bolts of it all shall we? Buyleatheronline would have to be the cheapest postage of anywhere I've used thus far. I cant get leather posted to me cheaper IN MY OWN COUNTRY! How ridiculous is that? Postage aside, their prices are good compared to most, their range of leather is outstanding, their customer service and communication is brilliant and the quality of the leather I receive is consistently above expectations. I'm a very small concern, just a tiny studio in a shed out back of where I live downunder, if it wasn't for Buyleatheronline I would struggle to get leather cheap enough and of good enough quality to even consider selling the few pieces I already do. So, in a nutshell, they rock. They support the little people. Cheers.

  I have ordered multiple times from BuyLeatherOnline and to be quite fair, this is the very first time I had an issue with any orders they sent me. I recevied a hide with mold on a part of it (yes, mold!) and I orderes straps that came bent and dented because of the way they were packaged. These straps are not usable for belts anymore (The use for which i bought them).

  It's the second time that I received degraded leather. I'ts not the fault of the transport, but the packaging. I order 2 skins, the one on the exterior is deteriored because it was a little larger than the one inside. So a part of the skin is unsuable. Worst, the skin was used several time to cut samples.

  Buying was quick and easy. They had my order processed and shipped in only a few days and shipping was very fast even to the states. Shipping is a bit pricey to the states and you have to do the math conversion to the US dollar if you want to double check all the pricing but it's not too bad.
