    Ordered October 25th, receive November 8th. 2-7 day shipping for DHL for $25... The leather is GREAT. That's not my issue here. The TIMING for some clients is EVERYTHING. I thought I could rely on timing here. I was wrong.

    Hello Sam, thank you for order and feedback, we are sorry if preparation of Your order took longer, but we had sever flooding in Tuscany that brought some delays in preparation. In addition also DHL took more then usual, because it generally deliver in 24/48h to most of USA destinations. If oyu are in hurry pls write "urgent" in order notes and we will be happy to give you priority in preparation. Thank you

    On top of that, today as I attempted to use the pink hide, the pink paint started to chip off from the slightest fold. NOT THAT!!!! Not when I was...whatever.
