Initially I was a little unsure about buying leather online, from anyone really, but this shop in particular seemed too good to be true. I am new to shoe making and only making for myself so I don't need huge hides for large production runs, but I love having different colour shoes, so mixed bag packs really appealed to me. The ones here are such a fabulous bargain, very generous pieces and the staff absolutely nail picking out pieces to match any request you have. I could not have done better myself if I were to physically pick out what I wanted in a shop! Thank you so much for what you gave me. They were quite quick to respond to any email and super helpful!

the leather quality i have recieved have been perfect . the delivery time is fast . the price is nice. the size of skin have been whitin what is promised the only reason i fo rnow give 4 out 5 and not 5 out of 5 stars is beacause i unfortuanently have recieved the wrong color on 2 orders of the same skin . BUT i have been in contact with costumer service. and the first time they offered me 10 eur discount on future orders. or a return of the skin and send me the right one instead. i declined the offer since the color was still nice the quality was excelent and i could use it for other projects where this color would be nice . the other incident is happening right now. with the same color and the same skin but again . great costumer service i have been in contact. and i got offered to return and recieve the right one . but as last time . the skin is perfect quality is perfect. so i decided to keep it and order a new half side of the color i originally wanted. and was promished by the person i was in contact with that they would personally go and find the skin i ordered to make sure its the right one this time. and on top of that look for a skin that is bigger to make up for the trouble . so costumer service i give 5/5 stars and now i will just wait and see and hopefully everything will be allright and delivered as promished . and do keep in mind that i had the opportunity to return the skin and get the right one send . but it was my own decision to keep both of the skins that i have recieved the wrong color on since the quality of the skins is simply amazing .
