    Excellent site, easy to navigate. I have a lot of your shirts but this time is very disappointing. Of the two I recently bought, I have so far worn only the blue one. It was sent without being ironed and very crumpled. It was the same size as my others (XL), but smaller and shorter. As I say, very disappointing.

On February 9th, you asked to modify your shipping address to a new address with a zip code of 10019, which is in Manhattan, NY not Brooklyn as you noted. After this request was made, we contacted FedEx to update the shipping address. On February 16th, after the shipment was already delivered to the updated address you requested, you requested another address change to a different address in Brooklyn, NY, followed by another request for an address change back to Houston, TX on February 19th. Once a package is delivered, we can no longer make any shipping notifications as it is not in our possession. Please note, the package was delivered to the address your provided to us when you reached out to modify it.     All sides provided a mistaken address: I provided a mistaken address in Brooklyn, and your shipper delivered in Manhattan. I would expect more effort to resolve this on your end instead of considering the purchase lost. Your shipper can certainly revisit the place they erroneously delivered to. I do not live in New York, and will not fly there just to retrieve a package as you suggest. This is not a sensible suggestion from you

    Ordered a custom monogrammed bathing suit. Checked out with the monogram. When I got the confirmation email, the monogram wasn’t on it so I emailed customer service within the same hour of placing the order. They said they were unable to add it or cancel the order but they would escalate it to management to see if they could cancel. 2 days go by with no reply and I get an email saying the order is shipped and on the way. Paid for custom monogram, and got no monogram in return.

When a monogram is placed, it is showing on your confirmation email and a supplement of 15 CAD would have been requested at the time of payment.     The order process was very quick and great but when I completed my order one of the products was not available and I had already paid for it the website didn’t update the availability.     Delivery from the UK is fine but one item came from the EU and took far too long with 2 unexplained delays in posting . These items are replacing a previous Oder I have returned again from 2 different stores . I still await the refund from the EU return . This is probably because using the label supplied via email it shipped to a UK store and I am being asked why I sent it there. Really not my problem , all I need is the refund . You received your order in different shipments because the items were sent, as you mentionned, from 2 different stores located in the Uk and our main warehouse in Belgiuem in order to fulfill your order. Wherever the products are coming from, in order to return your full order, and because of Brexit, our process is the same. All customers from the UK can get a prepaid label from our dedicated return portal ( via Royal Mail) to send their orders to the same address, namely our King's Road store. The fact you sent part of your order to another store means that our return instructions have not been respected and those goods are not insured under Vilebrequin's policy.     You keep trying the imply that I chose to send the item to a different location . I only followed your instructions and downloaded the second return label.the contract with the shipping company is yours and if you chose not to insure it that is your choice. I have show. You proof of postage and as such I have completed my side of the arrangement. Finding the item is your responsibility. I await the refund with some increasing frustration.

    I ordered two of the Mineral Dye Linen shirts in XL in different colours, When they arrived, although the Pottery-coloured one fitted me, the Water Green shirt was much too small. Initially I tried to call Customer Services and when I eventually got an English language message, I was diverted to complete a web-form to raise the issue. I then entered into a long email dialogue with Cust Services over a number of days who requested that I send photos so that they could pass on to the the Quality Control department. I then needed to chase-up Cust Services for a response before they said the exchange had been approved and I could do it at the Burlington Arcade store

I signed up for the email discount, got it, but then couldn't use it because it conflicted with the American Express $300 minimum spending $70 discount.     Ordered a beach bag with gift wrapping. Received just the bag without it. Contacted customer care, waited for 3 days for reply and since there was none, I wrote again. After that I received a reply that there is no gift wrappings available in size of my item. Supposedly I am getting some pouch now as an alternative. Any kind of communication on that would make things way better. Not the service I would expect from a premium brand.
