  Simply put, one of the finest companies to buy online from. Product ships that day and I have never waited longer than 3 business days to receive. They have such innovative products like the woolen swim trunk. I will never see anyone wearing the same outfit as me . There sizing is different even from European sizing but as I just said, returns are easy and the right size will probably already be on the way😉

  It was the worst experience with website, return and customer service. Website was not correct when converting us size vs eu. Needed to exchange the shoes for a bigger size. Item was returned in the exact box and condition i received. Customer service was horrible didnt want to hear me out didnt care to. Someother person who receives the item said it was used and that was it no further review was made. But i dont care what the person said because i not only didnt wear them i couldnt they were to small. They wouldnt let me talk to a manager. They said they were going to return the item back i said i didnt want them since i had no use for them. $300 wasted. I would never buy from any company that didnt honor their own product. I nor any anybody i know will buy products from vilebrequin

  The wrong suit and size arrived. I had to take a picture of it and documents. Waited days to hear and finally after multiple phone calls the correct one arrived. Also very difficult to understand and hear customer service folks. Terrible customer service and support.

  I ordered overnight shipping but it took 4 days. I paid for it overnight and did not receive it the next day. When I filed a complaint, I got a snippy reply instead of a refund on my shipping costs.

  Yes, of course it is excellent, at least in my experience. I have been buying this brand for several years, on at least a dozen occasions, both online while in France and in the US, and in Vilebrequin stores in France. My very first online order years ago had an issue with a defective item shipped. It was promptly replaced. I have never seen it happen again. My preference for 100% linen clothes is what drove me to the brand; plus the level of admiration for it expressed by an American friend. I happen to be in Saint-Tropez currently and hope that it doesn’t seem too tourist-like to be wearing the brand here. Same is true also during my two recent year-long stays in France. My only wish is that the pants would last me longer than about six months of daily use. Up to my most recent purchase I’ve been staying exclusively with the ‘comfort’ fit. It has the roomiest pant legs. I am experimenting with the ‘regular’ fit now for the first time and the pant legs are snugger for sure. It seems the linen fabric gives out by starting to split apart in the thigh area, especially along a crease line caused by normal wear and due to sitting mostly. My thighs are thick. My most recent purchase also included for the first time a pair of the regular fit ‘wool’ pants. It has some stretch-ability, unlike linen in general. I expect it will hold up better. Then I may change my preference from linen to wool for use during occasions where I must sit a lot, say when traveling by some conveyance. Otherwise for use during my walks, and especially in above freezing temperatures, I may stick with my casual frumpled looking unpressed linen pants. The wool is costlier, but from my first impression worth the difference. PS I did take a close look in Saint-Tropez at a haute fashion brand’s casual linen pants offering which was about 8 times costlier, and wasn’t as impressed by that item’s fabric texture. Though I do believe its use of double pleats would allow a longer wear life for my use especially, despite despite that it also had a narrow pants leg. I can understand that brand’s strategy to compensate for linen’s lack of stretchability. There is also no question in my mind that it looked like haute couture, at least in photos.

  I bought a shirt in Vilebrequin Gunwharf key. It showed reduced from £210 to £165. I then try to buy another one and went online . The same shirt was priced at£165 as the original price . So I felt Villebrequin mislead me and wanted me to believe the original price was higher Secondly the website advertise free monograms, I didn’t mangage to find the option when I place my irder

  Easy order process and excellent product range. Paid extra to have the item personalised and wasn’t disappointed. Unfortunately,there was a delivery delay,and on arrival the external packaging had been opened and re secured. The internal packaging was also not as it should have been. The item itself was undamaged and fully functional. It is suspected that the package was subject to a random Customs check resulting in packaging interference and delivery delay.

  I was very disappointed when I received the swim trunks that a small bag for kids was included and not an adult size bag. I was also disappointed that in past purchases I have received a waterproof wallet, Luggage Tag and other items. I own over 15 swim trunks and have been a loyal customer for many years.

  Shorts come up a little larger than expected so NOT true to size as claimed by Vilebrequin. The reactive water feature on these shorts is poorer than expected as the design when wet hardly shows any boldness. The shorts are longer than others that I own from Vilebrquin. Customer services are slow to respond to web enquiries but overall experience from using the site to delivery was good.
