  The staff in the shop was very helpful with advising on the sizes and also very delicate, allowing time and space to select the swim costume. The only star is missing because new women’s collection is a bit dull and lacking vibrant colors.

  Hello. Several weeks ago, I bought a pair of Vilebrequin shorts online - using the size-comparison chart, I went for VS, but they were too small, so I had to send them back, which was very hard as we don’t have a printer. When I ordered a new pair, in S, the same colour wasn’t available, so I went instead for Hawaiian Blue; S fits perfectly, but this time the web site had totally misrepresented the colour: they’re not the pale blue shown on the site, but bright turquoise, when is not at all what I want. So now, I’ve spent £350: I’ve got one pair of shorts I don’t like, and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the first pair, which didn’t fit. I’ve bought a lot of clothes online from other companies, and it’s all gone very well, but with Vilebrequin I’m afraid it’s been a bit of a disaster. Best, Mark

  Very strange experience.Ordered 2 shirts on-line but seems to be classified as a store visit. Also the shirts are coming from 2 different locations in HK which are close to each other so a waste of 2 deliveries. Lots of emails sent to me with little info. No info at all on one of the shirts and the track delivery link for the other one doesn’t work. Customer service in France are quite helpful but overall a quite odd, confusing process.

To explain clearly what happened, is that your order has been splitted because of the current stock of the reference you have ordered. You'll understand that some item has a very low stock depth and in that case we have developed the Ship From Store strategy which aims to provide a large view of items for our online customers and be able to order any piece from any eligible stock. Reason why you have been delivered by two stores.   Ok thank you for the response. I still haven’t received my shirts. The tracker for one shirt still doesn’t work and there is still no news on the second one. Can you let me know when I may receive them please? i didn’t realise this comment was due to go public as I thought it was just a message to you. So no need for it to be published.
