  The bathing suits are adorable. But they all fit 2 sizes too small. Despite this major discrepancy in size, return is at customer cost. There is also no exchange. You have to return and buy a new one, which was not fitting for a situation where you have gifted the bathing suits. Logistical mess. Sizes were a mess. Products are lovely.

  Always good quality products, but definitely wouldn’t bother with express delivery, which I paid £15 for on the Saturday expecting it to arrive on the Monday (my husband’s birthday) but didn’t arrive until the Tuesday, which was obviously too late.

  Your website is clunky in general, but I was able to find what I was looking for. It’s usable on desktop, it’s much worse on mobile. That said, I love your product and customer service. I made my order later than I should have, and was blown away by how helpful your customer service representative was, who worked out shipping logistics with DHL to get my package from Belgium to Shanghai China in 3 working days. Super impressive.

The delivery address was incomplete for the carrier and in absence of detail, the parcel has been refused by the carrier and the order is cancelled in our system.   I never received my package even thought "someone" signed for it. The address I put on the delivery form was not what was given to the carrier, nor did they put the correct phone number. I have had to chase Vilebrequin twice already in order to find out what is happening. Each time I am told they will get back to me but they don't. I am still waiting to see where my package is and it was for my husband's birthday tomorrow. I am deeply disappointed.
