  I have been using Vilebrequin since for 15 year and I was very happy comfortable with the products; but the last water-reactive swimwear which i bought 1 week ago has lost its feature. It doesnt show the patterns when it get wets, and I never washed in washing machine. Is it normal, what would you do?

Paid for my order 15 Euro extra for quick delivery yesterday (18.8 at 15:00) Very disapointed to see today DHL message expected delivery 24.8. No message from you, no excuse, no we are sorry, we are returning you this money, nothing! By the way, the same time (yesterday) I made also an order at MC2 St.Barth and: 1. 10% discount for first time order and newsletter subscription; 2. Order was shiped the same day (yesterday); 3. Order will be delivered this week for no extra cost for "fast vilebrequin delivery"!!!

  I was really disappointed and surprised when I opened the package, the clothes was all scattered all around and not rapped by a paper nor put in a plastic!! This is really very cheap way of delivering items to your customers and not reflecting the image of your brand!

  The assistant who served us was fantastic. Helpful in the extreme and fun. She wasn’t even the manager who was nowhere to be seen. The selection of merchandise was colourful and plenty. Few stock outs which was a pleasant change. We spent a lot and loved the experience.

  Generally it was excellent. The only criticism is that, it is not clear if the size in preferred color is not available as the site does not stay on the size when browsing. Otherwise good service, quick confirmation and delivery. Just have to save up for a new order.
