  I find it average that for a returns item, the purchaser has to pay for it to be returned, minimum $35 from Australia All online shops are return for free within 30days, won't be purchasing again

  Superb customer service today at the Vilebrequin Burlington store. I had cause to go in with a query relating to a previous online order, and the store manager was incredibly helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Vilebrequin, this store and its staff are a credit to your brand - I'll definitely be back for next summer!

  Despite the claims to be environmentalists- customer service was unable to fix a mistake immediately after the order was made (a size error) and insisted that the product travel across the world to Australia then be sent back to Belgium to be swapped for the right size then travel all the way back to Australia (at my expense). I still haven’t received the refund for the products. Very disappointed as I love the product but am astounded at the terrible customer service

  The site is easy to navigate, the delivery by FedEx was deplorable not once but THREE times they left the packages on the street where anybody could have taken them after they were instructed to leave them at our Front Door.

  Purchasing and delivery is all ok but for the past 3 years its been more and more disapointments on products. I guess when you can sell a pair ot shorts for 200 euros nowadays i guess its about the name and not quality control. Have lost me as a loyal customer

  A good selection of items in the Malaga outlet shop from recent collections. Pablo was fantastic. I bought some items but other things I wanted were unavailable. He offered to contact me if he had new stock which he did the following week. He even arranged to keep for me for a week until I could revisit the store pay and collect! Great service Pablo, I’ll be back soon - thank you.

  I contacted Vilebrequin in regard to sizing before I made my purchase of this bathing suit...In the past I have purchased 2 Vilebrequin suits which I LOVE though Bloomingdales - both suits in a size 10 - which is a perfect fit for me. On you on-line website sizes come in Large, medium, small - when I inquired on-line as to what size I should purchase through you rep they recommended a Large??? Well, I have worn once and much to my dismay this suit is not a fit, tooo big - I ordered a medium which is more the equivilant (a much better fit) to what I currently own. it would be helpful if your sizes were consistant or if you sales departmen thad more experience in regard to sizing! Currently I feel as though I am at a loss to the tune of 300. - lesson learned!

  Well, well, well... I was really excited when I got the email announcing the online sale of the outlet store. When I finally managed to log onto the website the disappointment was big: hardly any model advertised was available in my size. And when I finally managed to identify some suitable products the check out was only possible with the help of the chat function. Easy is different. And don't use the old Microsoft Explorer... ;-)

  Was very excited about the outlet sale and jumped right on it. Basket was full but when I tried to pay it said I didn’t have the right quantity of each item which was misleading. I think what it meant to say was the items were gone and no longer in stock perhaps?! In saying that when I logged on later that day some of the items were actually in stock again, so again misleading and not sure why. Also the UI experience is pretty poor. When you click on an item to see it in more detail when you select any of the back options it takes you right back to the top of the page again. If you were in shorts for example it kicks you right out and you have to search through again.

  Very disappointing, 2 of the articles was gone out of stock before I placed the order, then I decided to purchase other than those 2, then after 1 h the first 2 article was came back on stock , one I contacted with customer service to substitute the products I really wanted with the one placed in the order , they didn’t allow me , sorry but this is not fair
