    I bought this for my picky husband. He absolutely loves it (the feel, the drape, the simplicity), but the pants only lasted him 4 months of wear...we had to patch one knee at 3 months and now a second patch is needed for the other knee. At this price, I expected the quality to be much, much better. May be we received a defective one...but I find it heard to justify repurchasing if it will only last us another 4 months.

    Very high quality, beautifully designed bathing suit, however the torso was far too short and the deep v went too low. Returns are a hassle - have to pay $50 and of course you don’t get reimbursed for the shipping cost. Not great service but beautiful suits!

    My checkout experience with Vilebrequin was awful, I had to fill out my information 15+ times and my purchase was continually being rejected. When I called customer support they told me it was my bank, who I contacted and the bank said they hadn't even seen any transactions from Vilebrequin. I was finally able to checkout using PayPal, but the checkout process was a massive hassle and extremely frustrating. Luckily, the products I purchased were lovely and an excellent gift, once I was actually able to place the order. My partner was very happy with them and they were great quality swim trunks.

    Size chart is confusing with Large being "32" When I ordered I got 32 inches waist which is not large and not what I ordered (I ordered Large which is 36-38). When I want to return they want to charge me shipping for their error. At the prices they charge I expect better customer service and an ordering system that works

Then my order NO 30213736 was split into two different shipments: Shipment #1: parcel Number 61237138148, track ID ZI6XLCDG was delivered by GLS in two working days. Excellent service! Shipment #2: parcel number M2586249410 not delivered yet by UPS. After many phone calls and discussions with UPS customer service, earlier today they informed me that they can't trace the parcel... their only instruction towards me was to keep calling them daily, maybe the parcel will pop up!     I ordered two shirts in XL and the confirmation said XS. I emailed your customer service line within 10 minutes pointing out the mistake. I got a response some time later suggesting I returned the shirts for a refund after they had been delivered . This is extremely poor customer service and I will never buy your product again.

    Terrible service! Never seen for such a brand! Ordered for more then 2500 Euro in the last week. Expensive clothing arrives completely packed in a very tiny box so all clothing (dresses) are full of wrinkles and terribly packed. Also requested giftboxes for each but nothing was packed in gift boxes. NEVER AGAIN

    The order took ages to arrive, however I think the fault has been with Hermes. We were sent an e-mail to say that the delivery was coming in the evening, it never arrived. They then said it was coming three days later, which it didn't, and then 3 days after that they said it was arriving on the Thursday night (again late at night) so I requested they drop it at the neighbour, which on their site was confirmed. later that evening we got a message to say it had been delivered. I checked in with the neighbour and it had not been delivered. I went back to the site of the initial delivery and Hermes had thrown it over the locked gate, with no-one accepting the delivery and I found it just lying out in the front garden. This is terrible service for products that cost so much money. Totally unacceptable. This is not the first time I have had this incident with Hermes, a week before they threw a package over the locked gate and it rained the entire weekend, fortunately the items inside the package were in sealed plastic jars and didn't get damaged, but with your products, the items would have been damaged. I would highly recommend looking at a different courier company.

    Incomparable quality for unbelievably fair price, really an amazing opportunity of shopping! BUT when you check out to pay, if anything is no longer available, you have to click on every item to check which to remove. I had about 20 items and tried to check out 4 or five times until all my items were purchasable. It took about 20 minutes to be able to pay. Luckily I had time and patience this time
