I previously placed an order with the number 130486603 by mistake, where I ordered 3 shorts instead of just one. I contacted the company to change the order to just one short, but I was informed that it wasn't possible to modify the order, only to cancel it. I responded via email requesting the cancellation, and after receiving confirmation of the cancellation, I placed a new order for just one short. However, I was shocked to find out that the first order was not actually canceled, and I received both orders, meaning I now have 4 shorts of the same product. I believe this reflects a lack of integrity, as I was genuinely surprised by the company's lack of honesty. I only placed the second order after ensuring that the first one had been canceled.

I made an online order to pick up at our local Vilebrequin store, when I went to pick it up the solo employee had "Go Tanning". The second attempt was the same. Finally able to pick it up on the third trip to the store.

I didn't receive a shipment confirmation and I hadn't created an account so I couldn't verify my order was completed. I contacted customer service and received a reply the following day. They confirmed that my order was completed and had already shipped. They gave my the tracking# and attached a copy of my invoice. Excellent response.

I bought a suit in Croatia and loved the quality but thought maybe the medium high waist bikini bottom was a little large, so when I got home I ordered the small. The medium was the better fit so I returned the small. I LOVE this suit! I love the quality and the fit.

Back to the orginal size, quaiity of linen fabric, cord, and *metal* cord tips. Before the size was getting smaller, the fabric was weak, the cord was too short, and fiber replace metal cord tips - bad practice and a way to destroy the brand. You're back where you should be.

This can sometimes happen if one of the product is not available in our main warehouse and therefore is shipped from a store. Stores do not have the possibility to send items in express. She did NOT answer my questions I had to keep emailing over several days before I got a satisfactory answer. At Vilebrequin you have NO idea how to treat your customers. Just accept it and stop providing the response I should have received in the first place. You are making this worse everytime you send the same response and do not address the compalint. Why did I not receive the correct answer the FIRST time I asked?

The products quality is extremely poor, and the lack of customer service has made this the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I never received my product and your customer service has been completely rude and unhelpful and are blaming me for the issue. I cannot get deliveries with signature and they say that I chose that when I purchase your product, but that is untrue your delivery methods clearly do not say that and they will not change their delivery method and I have not got my package and they told me there’s nothing else they could do. If you look on their purchase page, the only thing that Delivery says is free delivery 7 to 10 days. Completely rude customer service
