Really helpful, have ordered a couple of fans from them in the last year or so. When I ordered the wrong light unit as an add on, they were so helpful in managing the return - even sent out the correct replacement before I'd even managed to return the original (€90 part!). As a UK customer, I appreciate that the shipping is swift and tracking accurate. The selection of fans, particularly for low ceilings, is just second to none compared to any UK suppliers (it's a niche market here no doubt!).

However, as we have already explained, we could not complete your order, because of several reasons that come to prove exactly the opposite of what you say in your review: 1. We only sell accessories, such as down rods, to our previous clients. The reason for this is that the accessory parts cannot be returned, so we try to avoid future problems both for us and for our clients. If you, for instance, install a fan of a brand, different of the brand of the down rods, this will automatically cancel your warranty. 2. The down rods that you have ordered are only compatible with certain fans series. We have tried to contact you multiple times to find out whether you have purchased any fans from us before. Alas, in vain, as we have only received a very short and unclear reply from you. 3. Once it got clear to us that you are not giving us any information, we have cancelled your order and refunded the whole amount paid immediately. We really hope, you will reconsider your evaluation, which is rather unfair and does not, in any way, correspond to the reality!

The site is well laid out and the choice is enormous and with the use of filters I was able to find my perfect fan at a price which was more than fair. Just as a note the upgraded version you sent is £10 cheaper than the original one I ordered and you'be made no attempt to refund the difference.

We would suggest you to check your paypal account more often, and before posting your accusations, which are absolutely groundless.

Unfortunately this didn't go well. The two fans I received seem of good quality. However only after installing them did I read - right near the end of the manual for the remote control - that to use them to circulate heat downwards I needed longer downrods. These were an expensive extra cost and had to be shipped from Germany and then both my fans had to be totally dismantled and re-assembled and installed with the longer downrods. However whilst attempting this I discovered that the new electrical wiring that had been sent with the new downrods was not compatible with the original fans and would not work. I called and emailed this company many times but have had absolutely no response whatsoever. No-one ever picks up the phone and no-one has replied to emails sent to two different email addresses. I would avoid this company.

Please make sure the information regarding the incompatible wiring is clear on the website to anyone wishing to purchase the downrods. The fans do indeed seem of good quality.

I contacted the company to find out where my order was when it was over 5 days advised that the order had been cancelled and they would refund my money by the end of the day. I’m still waiting 4 days later and have had to put a claim through PayPal. Have not replied to any emails that I have sent. Awful service would never recommend or order from them again!

I had great customer service from Ceiling Fan, when a glass item arrived smashed (courtesy of the idiots at UPS) . A replacement was sent out immediately, with packaging which would have protected a box of eggs. The item that I ordered is also of very good quality.

Bit of a mixed bag really. Website looks pretty good. What you soon find out though, is that it isn't actually English, but Spanish. Next day delivery is suggested, but in my case we didn't get delivery info so I sent an email. Immediate reply saying it was out of stock, then over a week later a reply saying it was now on it's way. In the meantime the product had been reduced £90. I asked the customer service if this was fair and could it be refunded - she said she would ask her boss and get back to me. Never did, despite another reminder. Fan arrived a couple of weeks after order. Manual is in Spanish - I emailed for an English version, no reply

I found this company very good, prompt reply to my query, Quickly depatched my fan when ordered and sorted out the import duty tax, I didn't have to pay any extras. I recieved my fan in 4days despite being warned there may be a 10day delay due to Brexit problems.

Ordered a new fan from the .co.uk website and despite an initial problem with the import duties ( which the Company sorted out very quickly ) and the wait for some small delays due to Brexit hold ups the purchase ran very smoothly.The fan was exactly what we wanted and was a good competitive price.The Company communicated delays due to the Brexit issues very well but in fairness the fan turned within 7 days.

OK, so the fan does what it says on the tin. However the mounting bracket didn't really give enough room for manouver. The mounting holes in my opinion are too close to the edge of the joist. In the end I fettled an encasement to wrap around the joist and drilled a new set of holes in the bracket allowing me to bolt the fan to the encasement bracket. Therefore the joist was not compromised with any screws at all. The delivery came from Spain and I was initially hit with a £45 import charge. HOWEVER Fanboutique honoured the free delivery and paid the import charge. One final note is that UPS seemed rather trigger happy on the delivery notifications. I think received nearly 20 emails informing me of delivery which changed several times as the goods were held up in France apparently due to 'Brexit'. Conclusion: Annoying that goods came from Spain (didn't quite read the small print and assumed goods were UK as the site is a. Co.uk website). Fanboutique were helpful and responded quickly to my queries. Fan seems OK, although Made In China. Maybe a little over priced.

Great price, very good to deal with. I see one or two people have complained about paying import charges but if the courier sends an invoice just contact these guys via email and in my experience they will resolve this straight away, so nothing extra to pay. Could not have been easier.
