Verified reviewAs this was an international order, we live in the UK it was a while coming. The item is as described but delivery through UPS was not great as the communication was it would be delivered at around lunch time so a family ember stayed in then it was updated to ‘end of day’ delivery. We stayed in, cancelling plans so as not to miss the delivery and it never came. Was very disappointed and annoyed as had to let my daughter down from out visit. Better communication between UPS and customer advised.

Verified reviewThird purchase of this Fan now. Perfect in our bedrooms with its remote we leave in its wall holder by the bedroom light switches to turn on/off on entry/leaving bedroom. Remote then left at bedside to use for 3 different light levels, different fan speeds and fan off timer for fan running times once asleep.

Verified reviewReally helpful, have ordered a couple of fans from them in the last year or so. When I ordered the wrong light unit as an add on, they were so helpful in managing the return - even sent out the correct replacement before I'd even managed to return the original (€90 part!). As a UK customer, I appreciate that the shipping is swift and tracking accurate. The selection of fans, particularly for low ceilings, is just second to none compared to any UK suppliers (it's a niche market here no doubt!).

Dear Dumitru, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfy with our services. However, as we have already explained, we could not complete your order, because of several reasons that come to prove exactly the opposite of what you say in your review: 1. We only sell accessories, such as down rods, to our previous clients. The reason for this is that the accessory parts cannot be returned, so we try to avoid future problems both for us and for our clients. If you, for instance, install a fan of a brand, different of the brand of the down rods, this will automatically cancel your warranty. 2. The down rods that you have ordered are only compatible with certain fans series. We have tried to contact you multiple times to find out whether you have purchased any fans from us before. Alas, in vain, as we have only received a very short and unclear reply from you. 3. Once it got clear to us that you are not giving us any information, we have cancelled your order and refunded the whole amount paid immediately. We really hope, you will reconsider your evaluation, which is rather unfair and does not, in any way, correspond to the reality!

Verified reviewThe site is well laid out and the choice is enormous and with the use of filters I was able to find my perfect fan at a price which was more than fair. I ordered two fans and they arrived well packaged and in a reasonable time frame. I would certainly recommend ceiling-fan.co and am in fact considering a further purchase.

We don't need an upgraded version, I just want the remote I ordered thank you. I do want to return the one you sent, please send the relevant label in order for me to do this. Just as a note the upgraded version you sent is £10 cheaper than the original one I ordered and you'be made no attempt to refund the difference.

Your order has been sent on May 21, 2023, and you claimed your right to return the ordered products on August, 11. Our clients have the right to return the ordered products within 14 days after receipt of their order, as stated by the European law. We have tried to give you a solution, but our suggestion wasn't accepted, most likely because you simply wanted to return the fans.
