  We booked a perfect sail trip. There were some ‘issues’ and we needed some quick answers which were promptly given. We received a message ahead of our trip that the ship was somewhat smaller then booked, entitling us to a small refund which we received without delay. It’s great to see that checkyeti also showed commitment to deliver quality under these conditions. We are happy with this and can certainly recommend this booking agency to others.

  We had to use customer service as something when wrong with my booking and I found them to be so helpful, they sorted the issue right away, and even rang me to ensure it was fixed. There’s a great selection of experiences and the website is easy to use.

  Sehr gute Canyontrekking Tour. Toller Guide Carl, erklärte alles in Deutsch. Unvergesslicher Tag im Canyon. Ursprünglich Rafting Tour geplant, wegen niedrigerem Wasserstand auf Trekking Tour ausgewichen, was unser Glück war. Wir sind ganz tief im engsten Canyonverlauf gewesen. Überwältigend! Die Buchung verlief ganz easy über deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter, wir wurden sehr gut informiert.

  There is no need to show up in your office when you have pre-ordered a trip - rather tell us to go to "no. 2" at the harbour. It was a bit of a chaos returning from the beach, due to a ton of trekkers who arrived. Boat was excellent. Beach was excellent.
