  Very clear instructions sent immediately, good value for money, felt very secure. Location was a little of out the way in relation to the main train stations, particularly on the airport line but reasonable walk.

We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)!   I’ve used this city locker 3 times in the last years and it was always a good experience. It’s fairly close to chatelet les halles (10min walk) and even closer to other stations. The lockers are big and the system works well. Some of the locker codes (not all) are just the door code and the locker number, which doesn’t feel safe, that should be looked into)

  i THINK THE CODE SHOULD BE SHORTER OR YOU CAN IMPROVE USING A QR CODE, IN ORDER TO SIMPLIFY THE PROCEEDURE (OUR CODE DID NOT WORK AT FIRST TIME, SO WE HAD TO DIGIT SEVERAL TIME THE CODE TO OPEN THE LOCKER - DOOR WAS FINE).

  This was a life saver, we needed to check out of our Airbnb by 10 am but were not flying out till late in the evening. There was no way we would have been able to take advantage of our last day in Paris without having a place to store our luggage. 2 adults and 5 children on a 3 week vacation... you can imagine how much luggage we had on hand. City Locker was a low cost option and super convenient.

  The user experience for a non-French speaker could be better, but overall the facility worked as advertised and was greatly appreciated as we desperately wanted to store bags while we spent another 6 hours touring around Paris. Better integration with Google Maps would make it easier to find the location, and better instructions about how to purchase locker space and gain access to the facility would be much appreciated. We figured it out eventually, but for first-timers storing bags in Paris, it was a bit stressful and confusing.

  It was easy to get inside and find the place. The hours are also convenient because many other places open at 10am. However it says you can fit 4 carryons in one locker. It would probably fit the very small ones but not the standard size ones. I was able to put in two standard carry ons and one small backpack and nothing else could fit. I paid 15 euros with taxes for the day.

  Although the ad advised their was room for 4 cabin sized suitcases, we had 3 soft shell cabin suitcases & a expandable carry bag & it was a little tight. Maybe if we had 4 hard shell suitcases they may have fitted in easier. Everything else was great; value for money, we booked the previous day, website ease of use, confirmation email & text, directions & ability to access the locker whenever we needed to during the day. I would use this service in future.

  Very convenient to use locker near the Eiffel Tower area. Also, it's price worthy! We paid 15€ for entire locker which fits 3-4 cabin bags. You can only book the lockers via online and you can store from 08:00-22:00 hrs.
