  We found the place easily, purchased a locker rental within minutes online and got immediate access to the secure facility. The buttons on the keypad were a bit hard to press and hear - luckily, other users were there to tell us which numbers needed to be pressed harder in order to register.

  We booked 12 lockers in Paris a few months ahead of our trip. We had 6 people and 18 pieces of various sized luggage. The code for the door, and the code for the lockers was sent me well in advance, and we had no trouble accessing the lockers. However I’m our particular location, the keypad on the door took a couple of times for us to be able to enter. Other than that, it was a smooth and easy process!

However, storage’s addresses are clearly indicated on the website just before ordering a booking. Furthermore, there is also a Google Maps which allows you to measure the distance and time from your departure location to the storage.   Fantastic. Worked EXACTLY as described. Take good measurements based on the information on the website and plan accordingly. We planned to fit 3 carryons in each locker as based on the measurements provided, and it worked perfectly.

  Very poorly managed .When I went to pick up my luggage, an incident happend that the auto-lock door didn't open. So I couldn't enter the room. I checked and entered my PIN many times, but it didn't open at all. A couple close to me noticed the trouble, they told me their PIN and finally the door opened. If I didn't meet them ,I would miss the Eurostar on the way home. I won't use it next time.

Thanks for helping understanding what happened. It appears on our system that at 10:33 you manage to enter. We have also check our security camera and shows that at this time someone the locker that was assigned to you.   Hello Fred, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Furthermore, the lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course.   One thing. Does everybody have the samen door code? In that case it would be easy to crack the code of the safes. Because it is simple to ad the safenumber and surround it with 2 #.

  I had a perfect experience with your locker at this location! Thanks for the convenience you provide for us travelers in Paris. I had a bit of a problem with the locker at your Châtelet location a few days earlier, but hopefully the keypad is working better now. As for your location at Gare du Nord/Gare de l’Est I could not have been happier. Thank you!!

  This was the cheapest and best way to do it. Thanks city locker! We had like 10 bags and were super worried about what to do. We found this option, and it was the best! It's really easy to use, and super safety. Highly recommended to book as all the lockers were booked.

(€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.   Cost us 15€ for one locker on the day. This locker fitted 2 backpacks. Location was easy to find, very secure with code to access the building and a different code to access purchased locker. Would use again.

  It was a conveniently located place to leave our luggage after check out and before our train left. The lockers are smaller than they claimed and we ended up needing three for our bags. We had three carry ons, one large bag, and a couple backpacks. I would say the lockers only held 3 carry ons not the four they claim.

  Unfortunately, the door did not open with the code we were given, even after the designated opening time. We were on a tight time schedule, so we had to scramble to find a nearby hotel to pay to leave our bags and didn’t get to use the locker we paid for.

  Bonjour we just get your feedback on your locker rental the 21/06.We have check on your system and saw that you open your locker at 8:25 at also have pictures of you inside the city locker and opening the locker (see attached)So why telling the system was not working and putting a bad comment?Thanks for letting us know.

  Thanks so much for providing this wonderful convenience! I had a bit of frustration with the key pad on the actual locker. I’m not sure some of the keys were working correctly. After several attempts at the Châtelet location I was able to gain access. This was the case for a gentleman who had come to retrieve his luggage after me, as well. I told him to keep trying — and after several attempts his locker opened too. My visit was about two weeks ago now. Perhaps the problem has been resolved by now. I hate to ever complain when some one has provided such a convenience for me, but since there was a bit of frustration I thought I would let you know. A few days later I used your location at Rue de Gare with absolutely no problems! Thank you so much.

  The locker was a decent size and was super easy to use. We were able to fit 2 suitcases and 3 backpacks in our locker, and had access at all times we needed. This was a super convenient way to store luggage and a very nice location.

  Very convenient if you're taking the Roissybus to the airport, but the exterior door wasn't locked the day I was there, so I have to admit that I was concerned that my luggage may not be there when I returned and only stored my bags because I had already paid online. The reason for my concern was that there were a few of the lockers with missing doors that had obviously been pried off. I was relieved to find that my bags were still there when I returned, and would use the service again if the exterior door is secure, as publicized on City Locker website.

  Excellent . Easy to use, although the code needed to be entered a few times to work so maybe the code box is wearing out? It was swelteringly hot in there but spacious medium locker fitted two backpacks and a day bag comfortably. We visited in daytime and found it with ease. Close to station Nord. It is a bit pricier than I’d like but suited us. The freedom to reopen the lockers is a good bonus too!

  I think this is a great option to drop bags off in between lodgings. This particular location is somewhat close to the train station. It was easy to enter the codes. The locker is not quite as big as they advertise. The locker only held 3 carryon suitcases instead of 4. The locker does not hold 2 medium suitcases together. Instead you need 2?lockers for 2 medium suitcases which leaves a bit of extra space in each locker. I believe for what we paid for 3 lockers - 4 carryons and 2 medium suitcases - at City Locker, we could’ve paid a little less at Nanny Bag and not have to walk as far.
