    Hello, Thank you for your message , We would like to remind you that our hotline is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day to help you and answer your questions. but by the way you have not use our service as you have ask for the refund, refused as per our general terms and conditions but offer you a credit note valid 6 months. Might be the reason why you put a bad comment on us ....
