Verified reviewI did not encounter any problems regarding my order with citylocker.paris. I reserved my city locker Paris storage locker online using my U.S. debit card one month in advance. The emails soon after my reservation had been confirmed provided me with all the details I needed. The only thing I would change about the information in the email is the terms used to label the codes. "Door Code" should be relabeled "Building Door Code" because it is unclear at first glance to an English reader if the code labeled as "Door Code" is for the code for the building door or the locker door. The "Deposit Code," which is completely wrong and does not communicate anything at all in English and refers to the code needed to get into the locker itself should be relabeled as "Locker Code" or "Storage Locker Code." This relabeling would make identifying which code is which much easier to figure out at first glance for English readers. Another thing is, and probably more importantly, is that I think the cost for one of citylocker's storage lockers in Paris is a bit high and I would like to see the cost lowered by several euros.

I did not say in my comments that citylocker.paris did not "reach my expectations." Not sure how you go that idea unless you just didn't read my comments. If you had actually read my comment, you would see that in my first sentence I plainly said that I "did not encounter any problems..." The product itself fully met all my expectations. My comments were not negative. I just mentioned the "labeling" on the email/paper confirmation could be altered slightly to give readers a better understanding of what's what, and that the price for your product and services could be lowered a bit. These are relatively minor issues. I don't appreciate your fucking canned form letter response to me after I provided you with an intelligent and carefully thought-out review of your product and services. This fucking lack of effort on your part now gives me second thoughts about ever using your services again. It shows me that Citylocker is just another shitty company that only asked for feedback as a formality or to get some kind of financial gain, and that City Locker has no intention at all of giving any serious consideration at all to the suggestions that customers may offer to make your product and services better or more desirable. How pathetic. City Locker would have been better off remaining silent, that sending me this garbage.

Verified reviewWe needed to store our suitcases so we could do some sightseeing, specifically the Eiffel Tower. We came directly from Gare Du Nord and fit 4 x small suitcases and 1x medium size in 2 lockers and we had space for 2 x backpacks as well. The locker storage was easy to find and use. Typing the codes in can take a couple of try’s but I had read that on previous reviews so I wasn’t worried and managed it eventually. I chose this place over other cheaper ones as I felt it was more secure. Overall very happy and allowed us to see the Eiffel Tower luggage free then travel straight on to Disneyland Paris after.

Verified reviewEasy to find and use. What a great service, wish I had launched it! We used both Opera and Chatelet and were very satisfied. Both were clean, door keypads and locker keypads worked, luggage fit, and was secure when we returned.
